After speaking with administration, my school is working to become Google Level I
Certified this year. Additionally, the school is beginning the STEM certification process
also.
Analyze the Of the teaching staff, the average number of years of experience is 19 years.
Learner Three-fourths of staff have a Master’s degree. Almost half of those have their Specialist’s
degree. Only a handful have their Doctorate’s degree.
Of those who have received their Master’s degree, three-fourths received it before 2000.
The only male on staff is the librarian. More than 10 members of staff are at or near
retirement age (teaching years).
Select The over-arching goal for the year is a roadmap to empower learners. The purpose of the
Instructional goal is “to deepen your practice, promote collaboration with peers, challenge you to rethink

Since I am using their quote, the whole year’s theme is Road Trip. Road Trip to Empower
Teachers to Lead Students Successfully.
