The Digital Logging Process

➢ The required log sheets formats are first created using the Logbook Builder
➢ Logbook is shared with Operators and Engineers with appropriate
permission to edit and approve
➢ At the beginning of shift, Engineer or Operator will issue new log sheet
➢ Operator uses hand-held mobile device to enter the data from field. He will
also add comments. Optionally he can take pictures and attach with it.
➢ Once the shift is about to be completed, Operator mark it as completed.
Engineer verify, add any comments and approves it.
➢ Managers/Engineers/Operators can retrieve historical log sheets quickly
and effortlessly from central portal
➢ All the data and comments are retrieved quickly in tables, charts, trends,
Dashboards, etc. The information can be searched quickly.
