Established in 1959, PT Dynaplast of Singapore, and Berli Jucker Plc.

Tbk. is the leading manufacturer of
quality rigid plastic packaging in
Indonesia catering to a diverse mix of
companies and industries. In August
1991, the Company went public, listing
its shares on the Jakarta and Surabaya
Stock Exchanges. In 1995, PT
Dynaplast Tbk. became the first
plastics company in Indonesia to be
awarded ISO 9002 certification, and in
2000 the Company was ISO 9001/2000
certified - another first.
From its 12 production centers in
Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam, PT
Dynaplast Tbk. manufactures and
distributes high quality plastic
packaging for food, cosmetics,
pharmaceutical products, chemicals and
lubricants as well as bottle crates and
precision plastic components for the
automotive, home electrical
appliance, consumer goods, electronic
and computer industries. In order to
remain competitive and better serve the
changing needs of its customers,
PT Dynaplast Tbk. has over the years
built new production facilities, made
strategic acquisitions, and developed
partnerships in the form of joint
ventures with such international
front-runners as Lam Huat Holding
Pte. Ltd. [Part of Heong Leong Group]
of Thailand. The Company also holds
technical licenses from Schoeller Wavin
Systems of Germany for the
manufacture of bottle crates.
In 2005, Dynaplast completed the
construction of its production facility
in Vietnam in conjunction with a major
consumer goods company which has
been operational since mid 2005. The
Company’s numerous past achievements
can be attributed primarily to a
customer-centric strategy that
emphasizes not only the strictly
commercial principles of quality,
technology, and brand equity, but also
the time-honored values of trust,
service, customer satisfaction, and
mutual respect - the results of which
speak for itself. In recent years, some of
which have been particularly difficult
for the domestic business sector, the
Company has enjoyed consistently high
levels of growth and strong financial
performance. Over the years, Dynaplast
has also received numerous awards
from leading international institutions
in recognition of its excellent
performance.

The Characteristic is clear, tough, and has good gas and moisture bar-
rier properties. Commonly used in soft drink bottles and many injec-

Tbk. adalah produsen pelopor kemasan
plastik berkualitas tinggi terbesar di
Indonesia yang melayani berbagai
perusahaan dan industri. Pada bulan
Agustus 1991, saham perusahaan
diperdagangkan di Bursa Efek Jakarta
dan Surabaya. Pada tahun 1995, PT
Dynaplast Tbk. menjadi perusahaan
plastik pertama di Indonesia yang
memperoleh sertifikasi ISO 9002, dan
pada tahun 2000 perusahaan kembali
mendapat sertifikasi ISO 9001/2000.
Dari 12 pusat produksinya di Indonesia,
Thailand dan Vietnam, PT Dynaplast
Tbk. menghasilkan dan mendistribusikan
kemasan plastik kualitas tinggi untuk
makanan, kosmetik, produk farmasi,
kimia, dan pelumas, juga krat botol dan
komponen plastik presisi untuk industri
otomotif, peralatan listrik rumah tangga,
barang keperluan sehari-hari, elektronik
dan komputer.
Agar tetap kompetitif dan dapat terus
memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen yang
dinamis, PT Dynaplast Tbk. terus
membangun fasilitas produksi,
melakukan akuisisi strategis dan
mengembangkan kemitraan dalam
bentuk joint venture dengan berbagai

In addition to its stable physical properties, PVC has excellent chemical resistance,

Bottles and packaging sheet are major rigid markets, but it is also widely used in

Soebekti Hambali
PRESIDENT COMMISSIONER
Born 1925, Board Member since 1990. Founder of PT
Dynaplast, Mr. Hambali is an industrialist with vast
experience in the field of plastics technology. He has
served as the President Director of PT Jof Metal Works
(1946-1959), and PT Standard Stamping Works (1959-
1962) before assuming the position of President Direc-
tor of PT Dynaplast (1960-1990). At present, he is also
concurrently a Director of PT Panca Graha Sentosa and
PT Hambali Dinamika Corporation.
Robert Wiryono, MBA
INDEPENDENT COMMISSIONER
Born 1941, Board member since 1994. Mr. Wiryono
obtained his MBA from Golden Gate University in San
Francisco, USA in 1987. Prior to this, he served as
a Division Chief in the State Department of Finance
(1960-1985) and as Director at PT Universal
Indomatra (1986-1989), PT Dynaplast (1990-1994),
and PT Amcol Securindo (1990-1994).

Robert Wiryono, MBA
KOMISARIS INDEPENDEN
Lahir pada tahun 1941, menjadi Anggota Dewan sejak
1994. Bapak Robert Wiryono mendapatkan gelar

Amerika Serikat pada tahun 1987. Sebelumnya, beliau
menjabat sebagai Kepala Divisi Departemen Keuangan
(1960-1985) dan sebagai Direktur PT Universal

Santoso Symkoputro, MBA
COMMISSIONER
Born 1949, Board Member since 1990.
Mr. Santoso obtained his MBA from the University of
Santa Clara, USA in 1975, and began his career in the
banking sector in 1997. A former member of the Board
of Commissioners of PT Bank Bali, he was also the Vice
President of PT Sanwa Indonesia Bank (1990-1995).
He was also the CEO of the Lippo Development Group
until 1998. He concurrently serves as President Director
of Coldwell Bankers Indonesia.
Ir. Sri H. Urip Simeon
INDEPENDENT COMMISSIONER
Born 1937, Appointed to the Board in January 2002.
Ms. Simeon graduated with a degree in Chemical
Engineering from Gajah Mada University, and attended the
Senior Education Program at Stanford University, USA, in
addition to participating in several Unilever Global Work-
shops. She served as CEO of Unilever Indonesia (1995-
1999) and has worked at the Unilever Australia office and
at the Unilever Head Office in the U.K.

The Indonesian economy is on its recovery. Much

Graduated in 1978 with First Class Honors in Industrial
Engineering and the University Medal from the
University of New South Wales, Australia. Joined
PT Dynaplast the following year as Director and also
served as Treasurer of the Indonesian Plastic
Association (1987-1988). At present, he is also a
Director of PT Rexplast Corporation and PT Summitplast
Interbenua, President Director of PT Sanpak Unggul,
and Division Head of Indonesian Emitten Association
Good Corporate Governance. He also holds various
concurrent, non-executive positions in several other
companies.

Gunawan Tjokro, MBA
INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR
Born 1952, Board member since 1990.
Graduated with degrees in Mathematics and
Accountancy from the Indonesian Adventist University
in Bandung in 1975, and 1977 respectively. He also
obtained his MBA in 1979 from the Philippine Christian
University in Manila. He has joined the Top Manage-
ment Program of the Asian Institute of Management in
Manila in 1994. Prior to assuming his Director position,
he worked as a Management Information Manager at
PT Unilever Indonesia, and as Corporate Development
Manager in the Kalbe Group of Companies. He also
concurrently holds the position of Director of PT
Rexplast Corp, and the position of Director of PT
Sanpak Unggul.
Tomy Aritanto
INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR
Graduated from St. Michael Polytechnic (ATMI St.
Mikael) in 1990, and immediately joined Dynaplast as
Section Head for printing Division. He was promoted to
Head of Injection and Injection Stretch Blow Division in
1992 when Dynaplast expanded into the second factory
in Jatake, Tangerang. He then pursued this studies
further with a postgraduated degree from Presetya
Mulya (1997-1999). In 2000 he was appointed
Technical Advisor for BPC in Thailand. In 2004 he
returned to Indonesia as Senior General Manager for
Business Development and Overseas Operation, and as
of June 2005 he is Dynaplast’s Director of
Manufacturing and Technical Operations.

Injection Stretch Blow di tahun 1992 ketika
Dynaplast mengembangkan pabrik kedua di Jatake,
Tangerang. Beliau kemudian melanjutkan studinya
dengan gelar S2 dari Prasetya Mulya (1997-1999).
Tahun 2000 ia dipilih sebagai Penasehat Teknis di BPC,
Thailand. Pada 2004 ia kembali ke Indonesia sebagai
General Manajer Senior untuk pengembangan bisnis
dan operasi luar negeri. Terhitung sejak Juni 2005

Despite the disappointing results, we managed to
move forward making good progress, which are
worthy to note:
In July 2005, Dynaplast Packaging (Vietnam),
a wholly owned subsidiary, located in Ho Chi Mien
City started to operate. It became the first Asean
plastic packaging company to penetrate the Vietnam-
ese market. This strengthened our regional presence.
Even though the Vietnam operation booked a net loss
of Rp. 4.6 billion in its year of operation, we expect to
break even in 2006. So far, the company is
progressing well ahead of the original plan. Orders
from 3 main consumer players have been secured. We
plan to expend an additional US$4-5 million
investment in Vietnam in 2006.
We have also successfully produced 3 and 6 layer
bottles in Vietnam and Surabaya respectively,
a technology that provides HDPE bottles with good
gas barrier properties that enable to protect its
content for longer product shelf life.
In November 2005, we managed to divest our
investment in Summitplast at a price of Rp. 27.7
billion and booked a net profit of Rp. 11.2 billion. The
proceeds would be used to finance expansion and as
additional working capital. This divestment is part of
the company’s plan to focus totally on plastic
packaging business locally and in the region.
We concluded a 50/50 new joint venture with
a Japanese related company to produce In Mold
Labeled <IML> bottles. The IML bottles will have
a special feature as a “Coupon Label” that can have
a promotional value, as well as discouraging
counterfeiting, a feature desperately needed in
a developing economy like Indonesia, especially in the
motor oil business. The concept is a new innovation,
another milestone for Dynaplast. PT IML Technology
has been legally established at the beginning of 2006
and should be operational by July 2006

perusahaan di Vietnam ini tercatat menghabiskan
dana bersih Rp 4,6 miliar pada tahun operasinya, kami
berharap modal dapat kembali pada tahun 2006. Sejauh
ini, perusahaan berkembang dengan baik sesuai ren-
cana. Pemesanan dari 3 konsumen utama telah cukup
memadai. Kami merencanakan investasi sebesar
US $ 4-5 miliar di Vietnam pada tahun 2006.
Kami juga telah berhasil memproduksi berturut-turut
botol 3 dan 6 lapisan di Vietnam dan Surabaya, suatu
teknologi yang menjadikan botol HDPE dengan
penghalang gas yang lebih tinggi sehingga dapat
melindungi isinya dalam waktu lebih lama.
Pada November 2005, kami melepas investasi kami di
Summitplast sebesar Rp 27,7 miliar dan membukukan
Laba Bersih Rp11,2 Miliar. Hasil tersebut akan
digunakan untuk ekspansi keuangan dan sebagai modal
kerja tambahan. Divestasi ini merupakan bagian dari
pabrik perusahaan untuk memusatkan secara total pada
bisnis kemasan plastik dalam negeri dan di kawasan.
Kami menandatangani 50/50 joint venture baru dengan
perusahaan Jepang untuk menghasilkan botol dengan
label tercetak (In Mold Label, IML). Botol label tercetak
ini akan memiliki corak khusus seperti “label kupon”
yang dapat memiliki nilai promosi, dan akan
mengurangi pemalsuan. Hal ini diperlukan dalam
menghadapi perekonomian yang berkembang
seperti Indonesia, terutama dalam bisnis pelumas motor.
Konsep tersebut merupakan inovasi baru, suatu tonggak
penting lain bagi Dynaplast. PT IML Technology secara
resmi berdiri pada awal 2006 dan akan beroperasi mulai
bulan Juli 2006.

Overall, we opted to be conservative in 2006, especially
for our Indonesia operations. The focus will be on
improving margin through better utilization of resources,
and conduct necessary financial and operational
restructuring. Additional investment will be restricted only
for the expansion in Vietnam and strategic investment with
high returns. We are still targeting a two- digit growth with
a significant improvement in margin.
We shall continue to build on past successes to strengthen
our present performance and inspire us to aim higher in
the future. We strive to make 2006 a better year for all of
us. With this in mind, on behalf of the Board of Directors,

Polypropylene (PP). Polypropylene has good chemical resistance,
is strong, and has a high melting point making it good for hot-fill
liquids. PP is found in flexible and rigid packaging to fibers and
large molded parts for automotive and consumer products.

Selama perekonomian kita lambat memperoleh momentum,
kami berharap konsumsi domestik meningkat dengan
mantap. Kami berharap terjadi banyak peningkatan pada
pertengahan tahun kedua guna mengantisipasi sekaligus
memperoleh kembali momentum, pulih kembali dari kondisi
melambatnya perekonomian pada awal pertengahan tahun
2006.
Seluruhnya, kami memilih menjadi konservatif pada tahun
2006, terutama untuk operasi kami di Indonesia. Perhatian
utama terpusat pada peningkatan marjin melalui
penggunaan sumber daya, mengarahkan keuangan yang
perlu dan menata ulang operasional. Investasi tambahan
akan dibatasi hanya untuk ekspansi di Vietnam dan investasi
strategi dengan pengembalian yang tinggi. Kami masih
mentargetkan pertumbuhan dua digit dengan peningkatan
yang signifikan pada marjin.
Kami akan terus membangun kesuksesan masa lalu untuk
memperkuat kinerja kami sekarang dan menginsipirasikan

publicly listed company realizes

Governance in its management.
Transparency
Dynaplast provides open information in its decision
making process and in delivering material and relevant
information regarding the company’s performance. This
information is accurately and timely distributed through
the appropriate media to the
Commissioners, Shareholders and related parties that
require this information. This is the same for all
decisions which are always justifiable and will increase
shareholder value. The company publicizes its
financial performance (audited or un-audited) and
financial analysis quarterly through national
newspapers. Press releases are also distributed from
time to time to the media relating to the Company’s
financial performance.
Accountability
Each unit in Dynaplast’s organizational structure has
rights and responsibilities as well as function and
performance indicators which are clearly stated, this is
to ensure that the company is able to run effectively
without any wrong doing and conflict of interest
between parties. The forming of the Audit
Committee and practice of effective internal audit is a
way it ensures accountability to these principals.

Responsibility
Dynaplast in running its activities adhere to the principles
of healthy cooperation to the regulations that are
implemented. This is in accordance to the Dynaplast
corporate culture which is dedicated to integrity, truth
and ethical business practice. Thus, Dynaplast’s
operational activities is expected to make positive
contribution to the community, be it the community
that we operate in or to the stakeholders.
Fairness
Dynaplast treats its shareholders fairly in fulfilling their
rights in accordance to the agreement and rules
stipulated by the effective laws. The existence of clear
rights of the shareholders, system and law enforcement
which is firm and consistent will protect the shareholders
without exception.
Audit Committee
The Audit Committee is formed by the Board of
Commissioners in order to assist in carrying out its
duties and functions. The Audit Committee is part of
Dynaplast’s commitment to carry out Good Corporate
Governance to increase transparency, accountability and
responsibility to all of the Company’s stakeholders. The
Audit Committee is responsible to the Board of
Commissioners and has a minimum of three members.
All of the Audit Committee members are independent
parties whereby the President of the Audit Committee
also holds the title as Independent Commissioner.
Criteria to become an Audit Committee
member:
1. Does not have any business relationship and affiliation
with the Company, Directors, Commissioners or Major
Shareholders.
2. High integrity, ability, knowledge and experience that
is sufficient in the field of responsibility, as well as
good communication skills.
3. Committee Audit is formed by three members whereby
one of the members is the President of the Audit Com
mittee and sits in as an Independent Commissioner in
;the Company.
4. One of the members of the Audit Committee should
have a background in education and work experience
in Finance and Accounting.

Dynaplast dalam menjalankan kegiatannya mematuhi
prinsip korporasi yang sehat terhadap peraturan
perundangan yang berlaku. Hal ini sesuai dengan budaya
perusahaan Dynaplast yang berkomitmen untuk menjaga
integritas, kejujuran dan praktek usaha yang etis. Dengan
demikian, kegiatan operasional Dynaplast diharapkan
dapat memberikan kontribusi positif untuk komunitas, baik
komunitas tempat perusahaan beroperasi maupun para
stakeholder.

Dynaplast dalam menjalankan kegiatannya mematuhi
prinsip korporasi yang sehat terhadap peraturan

Komite Audit
Komite Audit adalah komite yang dibentuk oleh Dewan
Komisaris dalam rangka membantu pelaksanaan tugas
dan fungsi Dewan Komisaris. Komite Audit dibentuk sesuai
dengan komitmen Dynaplast untuk menjalankan tata kelola
perusahaan untuk meningkatkan transparansi,
akuntabilitas dan tanggung jawab terhadap seluruh
Stakeholder Perusahaan. Komite Audit bertanggung jawab
kepada Dewan Komisaris dan beranggotakan
sekurang-kurangnya tiga orang. Seluruh anggota Komite
Audit adalah pihak independen di mana ketua juga
menjabat sebagai Komisaris Independen.
Persyaratan keanggotaan Komite Audit:
1. Tidak mempunyai hubungan usaha maupun hubungan
afiliasi dengan Perusahaan, Direksi, Komisaris atau
Pemegang Saham Mayoritas.
2. Memiliki integritas yang tinggi, kemampuan,
pengethuan dan pengalaman yang memadai dalam
bidang tugasnya, serta mampu berkomunikasi dengan
baik.
3. Komite Audit terdiri dari tiga anggota di mana salah
satu anggotanya menjadi Ketua Komite Audit sekaligus
sebagai Komisaris Independen Perusahaan.
4. Salah seorang dari anggota Komite Audit memiliki latar

Born in 1937, Ms. Simeon was appointed a member
of the board in January 2002. She graduated with a
degree in Chemical Engineering from Gajah Mada
University, and has attended Senior Education Programs
at Stanford University, USA, in addition to having
served as CEO of Unilever Indonesia from 1995 – 1999,
and has worked at the Unilever Australia office and at
the Unilever HQ in the U.K.
Kardinal A. Karim, MM
COMITTEE MEMBER
Born in 1942, Mr. Karim obtained his Master Degree in
Management from the Asian Institute of Management
in Manila, Philippines in 1980. He previously served as
President Commissioner of PT Hexindo Adi Perkasa from
2000-2001 and was appointed to the Audit Committee
of PT Dynaplast Tbk. in January 2002.
Yozua Makes, SH. LLM. MM
COMITTEE MEMBER
Born in 1961, Mr. Makes holds degrees from the Faculty
of Law, University of Indonesia, and the University of
California School of Law. He also has completed the
Masters in Management program at the Asian Institute
of Management in Manila, Philippines. Mr. Makes is a
registered legal consultant specializing in general
commercial contracts, corporate finance, corporate
governance, and mergers and acquisitions. He is
currently a member of the National Commission on
Corporate Governance, the Capital Market Society, and
the Indonesian Association of Publicly Listed
Companies.

KETUA KOMITE
Lahir pada tahun 1937, Ibu Sri H. Urip Simeon ditunjuk
sebagai anggota dewan pada bulan Januari 2002. Beliau
adalah lulusan Fakultas Teknik Kimia Universitas Gajah
Mada, dan telah mengikuti Senior Education Programs di
Stanford University, Amerika Serikat, sebagai tambahan
menjabat CEO Unilever Indonesia dari tahun 1995 hingga
1999. Beliau juga pernah bekerja di Unilever Australia
dan Kantor Pusat Unilever di Inggris.
Kardinal A. Karim, MM
ANGGOTA KOMITE
Lahir pada tahun 1942, Bapak Kardinal A. Karim
memperoleh gelar Master dari Asian Institute of
Management di Manila, Filipina pada tahun 1980.
Sebelumnya beliau menjabat sebagai Presiden
Komisaris PT Hexindo Adi Perkasa pada tahun 2000-2001
dan ditunjuk sebagai anggota Komite Audit PT Dynaplast
Tbk di bulan Januari 2002.
Yozua Makes, SH. LLM. MM
ANGGOTA KOMITE
Lahir pada tahun 1961, Bapak Yozua Makes memperoleh
gelar kesarjanaan dari Fakultas Hukum Universitas
Indonesia dan University of California School of Law.
Beliau juga telah menyelesaikan Master in Management di
Asian Institute of Management di Manila, Filipina. Beliau
adalah konsultan hukum terdaftar yang berspesialisasi
pada kontrak komersil umum, keuangan perusahaan,
corporate governance, serta penggabungan usaha dan
akuisisi. Beliau saat ini adalah anggota dari National
Commission on Corporate Governance, Capital Market
Society dan Indonesian Association of Publicly Listed
Companies.
Polystyrene (PS). Polystyrene is a versatile plastic that can be
rigid or foamed. General purpose polystyrene is clear, hard and
brittle. It has a relatively low melting point. Typical applications
include protective packaging, containers, lids, cups, bottles and
trays.

The Audit Committee has the following
functions:
1. To increase the implementation of effective Good
Corporate Governance.
2. Support controlling functions.
3. Increase efficiency of public monitoring of acts and
decisions made by Directors.
The Audit Committee is responsible for the
monitoring of the Company’s financial reports,
monitoring and evaluating audit process of Internal and
External Auditors, as well as reviewing risks faced by
the Company including the risk of poor internal control.
The Audit Committee has the right to access all
information not limited to information relating to the
employees, resources and funds as well as Assets in the
Company as part of its duties.
Meetings are held every three months or ad-hoc as
required and is attended by at least two thirds of the
members.

proses pelaksanaan audit oleh Auditor Eksternal dan
Internal, serta melakukan review atas berbagai resiko
yang dihadapi oleh Perusahaan, termasuk resiko atas
lemahnya pengendalian internal.
Komite Audit berwenang untuk melakukan akses secara
penuh, bebas dan tidak terbatas terhadap catatan,
karyawan, sumber daya dan dana serta aset Perusahaan
yang berkaitan dengan pelaksanaan tugasnya.
Rapat-rapat Komite Audit diadakan setiap tiga bulan
ataupun sewaktu-waktu apabila diperlukan dan dihadiri
sekurang-kurangnya oleh 2/3 (dua pertiga) dari jumlah
anggota.

Internal Audit
In the era of globalization, information is an important
factor in society. Every decision made has to be based
on accurate and reliable information. Information
that is not sufficient can result in incorrect operational
management decisions.
Information that is accurate and reliable is heavily
related to the aspect of transparency and accountability
in good corporate governance. Therefore Dynaplast as
a publicly listed company, has a team of Internal
Auditors whom are independent and competent as a
resource to verify all information owned by Dynaplast,
be it financial or operational information. All issues
that arise is identified, analyzed and communicated
regularly to the Audit Committee and the Directors.
Internal Auditors give responses and suggestions which
are objective and independent to the Directors
regarding the efficiency and implementation strategy
which has been determined in increasing Company
operations, as well as report on audit results regularly
to the Audit Committee. The Internal Audit in carrying
out its duties is given full support by the Company, they
are given full access to information and is not limited
to employees, funds, asset as well as other Company
resources. Therefore the Audit Committee in carrying
out its authority works together with the Internal Audit.
The responsibilities of the Internal
Auditors are:
1.Determining if Financial Reports has been pre
sented according to effective Accounting principles
and standards.
2.Determining if the parties audited has done their
duties in accordance to the rules and regulations
set forth by the related Management in the Company.
3.Conduct reviews of all operational procedures and
methods to measure efficiency and effectivity of
Company operations.
4.Give recommendations that are objective and inde
pendent to the management for corrections.
5.Report audit results regularly to the Audit Committee.
Audit Internal
Dalam era globalisasi seperti saat ini, informasi menjadi
faktor penting dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Setiap
keputusan yang diambil harus didasarkan pada
informasi yang akurat dan dapat dipercaya (reliable).
Informasi yang tidak memadai akan menyebabkan
timbulnya kesalahan dalam mendayagunakan sumber
daya yang dikelola oleh manajemen, yang sifatnya
terbatas.
Informasi yang akurat dan dapat dipercaya sangat
berhubungan erat dengan aspek transparansi dan
akuntabilitas dalam good corporate governance. Oleh
karena itu, Dynaplast sebagai perusahaan terbuka
yang menerapkan Tata kelola perusahaan, memiliki tim
Audit Internal yang independen dan kompeten sebagai
sarana untuk memverifikasi informasi yang dimiliki oleh
Dynaplast, baik informasi yang bersifat finansial maupun
operasional. Semua masalah yang muncul diidentifikasi,
ditelaah dan dikomunikasikan secara berkala kepada
Komite Audit dan Direksi.
Audit Internal memberikan tanggapan dan masukan
yang objektif dan independen kepada Direksi mengenai
efektifitas dan implementasi strategi yang telah
ditetapkan dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja
Perusahaan, serta melaporkan hasil audit tersebut se-
cara berkala kepada Komite Audit. Audit Internal dalam
melaksanakan tugasnya mendapat dukungan penuh dari
Perusahaan, yaitu mendapat ijin untuk mengakses
secara penuh, bebas dan tidak terbatas terhadap
catatan, karyawan, dana, aset serta sumber daya
Perusahaan lainnya yang berkaitan dengan pelaksanaan
tugas Audit Internal. Oleh karena itu, Komite Audit
dalam menjalankan wewenangnya, bekerja sama
dengan Audit Internal.
Tanggung jawab Auditor Internal adalah:
1. Menentukan apakah laporan keuangan telah disaji
kan sesuai dengan prinsip atau standar akuntansi
yang berlaku umum.
2. Menentukan apakah pihak yang diperiksa telah
melaksanakan peraturan dan prosedur yang ditetap
kan oleh pejabat yang berwenang dalam Perusahaan.
3. Melakukan tinjauan seluruh prosedur dan metode
operasional Perusahaan untuk mengukur efisiensi dan
efektivitas kegiatan Perusahaan.
4. Memberikan rekomendasi yang objektif dan
independen kepada pihak manajemen untuk
melakukan perbaikan.
5. Melaporkan hasil audit secara berkala kepada Komite
