Food Processing

Objektif Pelajaran At the end of the lesson, 5 Fasih students should be able to describe the food
additives and food processing method based on the food ingredients on the food
label and describe at least two food processing method correctly by giving their
advantage and disadvantage

Kriteria Kejayaan Students are considered successful if they are able to:
1. Explain at least one vehicle that operate in the air;
2. State at least one observation that happen in the tube;
3. State at least two forces that act on an object that move in the air

Aktiviti Introduction: Students are asked to get at least two processed food. Students
analyse the food additive in the ingredients.

Main activity:
1. Students discuss with their group member about the food additives and list
the food additives according to the food they brought.
2. Students analyse the food processing method and describe in the
mahjong paper.
3. Students analyse the information in the food label and identify whether it is
complete or not.
4. Students starts the gallery walk and other students can comment about
the other group.

Closure:
Students are asked to state several types of food additive and explain about the
food processing method.

Tajuk Electronic components

Objektif Pelajaran At the end of the lesson, students should be able to name and describe the
functions of each electronic components used in the radio by choosing them form
a bulk given by the teachers and can describe at least three parts in the radio
receiver system and three parts in radio transmitter correctly.

Kriteria Kejayaan Students are considered successful if they are able to:
1. Name the electronic components in radio;
2. Explain the function of electronic components in radio;
3. Label the parts in radio transmitter;
4. Label the parts in the radio receiver.

Aktiviti Introduction: Students are shown the video of radio transmitter and radio
receriver. By referring the books, students need to identify the parts and the
components used in the system.

Main activity:
1. Students are given a bulk of electronic components.
2. Students need to identify the electronic components used in radio.
3. After finishing choosing the components, students are given the board to
portray the radio receiver and the radio transmitter.
4. Students display their work on the board and all students are asked to
move around and find the mistakes if there are.
5. Students sit a group and discuss about the two systems.
6. Students answer the questions and discuss the answers.

Closure:
Students are asked to make conclusion about the frequency modulator and
amplitude modulator.
