Q 1) State different methods of execution of capital punishment? Which are the provisions of 10
existing criminal laws of Bangladesh where capital punishment is enunciated? ‘I support
capital punishment’. Do you? (You should show justification behind your answer.)

Q 2) (a) Who is a juvenile? Describe the general trends of juvenile delinquency prevailing all
over the world.

(b) Mr. Sakib, a police officer, arrested three children aged 15 for the charge of stealing
burger from a confectionary store. He forwarded them to a judicial magistrate having
recorded an FIR. The learned magistrate sent them to jail custody. Examine the legalityof
the actions under Shisu Ain 2013.
