from blood (unclean `food’)”. There are many worldly habits from
our former lives that need to be stopped immediately and
then there are incorrect, immature behaviours that Yahusha

And the children of Yisharal shall GUARD THE SHABATH,
to observe the Shabath throughout their generations as
an everlasting covenant. Between Me and the children of Yisharal it
IS A SIGN FOREVER. For in six days Yahuah made the heavens and
the earth, and on the seventh day He rested and was refreshed.’

bread. And you shall know that I am Yahuah your Alahim.’ ”

He is giving you
bread for two days
on the seventh day.

Yahusha used the lesson of the manna in the wilderness

to reprogram His people’s behaviour because they had 1 2 3 4 5 6 7
forgotten His Covenant and Instructions after being
subject to 400 years of idolatrous behaviour as slaves in
Egypt. This was the beginning of their training back into
Yahusha’s mindset. If they didn’t put enough food aside The seventh day
Shabath has been coined
for the Shabath, they didn’t eat. They would learn quick ! “the heartbeat of creation”,
because this seven-day cycle
has been ticking away since the
beginning, bearing witness to the
existence of a Creator Yahuah through

THE SHABATH DAY IS A DELIGHT

of work on the Shabath. Back in ancient times every facet
