TO: CRIMSON FOREST ENTERTAINMENT GROUP, INC., GARNISHEE (“Crimson

Forest”)

1. Plaintiff JSJ Investments, Inc. (“JSJ”) propounded on Crimson Forest, as

Garnishee, a certain Writ of Garnishment accompanied by Interrogatories (together, the “Writ”),

which were issued and filed for record on April 28, 2017.

2. Crimson Forest was served with the Writ on May 1, 2017, as evidenced by that

certain Affidavit of Proof of Service filed for record on July 7, 2017. Pursuant to Ark. Code

Ann. § 16-110-407(a), Crimson Forest was required to answer the Writ within 30 days.

3. To date, Crimson Forest has not answered the Writ.

4. Therefore, pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. § 16-110-407(a), CRIMSON FOREST IS

HEREBY ORDERED to appear for a hearing in this honorable Court on August 31, 2018, at

11:00 AM, to answer JSJ’s allegations and interrogatories in the Writ.
