Uses
Sealproof overcomes porosity in mold surfaces such as While the technical information and suggestions for use

How To Use
Before applying Sealproof:
All previous surface treatments, residues, waxes or oils
should be removed using a ZYVAX mold and part cleaner.
1. Apply the first coat of Sealproof with a paper towel or
soft, fine-bristled brush. Sealproof typically requires
only a thin coat. However, highly porous molds will
require heavier coats to soak into the mold surface.
2. Air-cure for a minimum of 60 minutes at room
temperature. DO NOT OVEN CURE.
3. Apply a second thin coat of Sealproof.
4. Air-dry for 60 minutes before applying the appropriate
®
Zyvax release agent. Additional coats of Sealproof
may be necessary. For porous molds, apply 4 - 8 coats
using the instructions above. After the final coat of
Sealproof, wait at least 60 minutes before applying
release agent.
