It will work with pneumatic system because after calculate the pressure
it is less than 10 bar that’s mean it work at low pressure not by hydraulic
system because it is need high pressure upper than 10 bar.

Task 3:- (P4.2)

-After operating:
-The operation:
1-Push the lever to start the operation.
2-The pump start to take the oil from the oil tank.
3-The oil is passes through the filter.
4-The directional control valve is open to pass the oil to the motor.
5-The check valve is open to pass the oil to the motor.
6-The motor is starting to operate.
7-When operate the motor in the opposite way the worker will push the
other lever to opposite the way directional control valve.
8-The directional control valve will pass the oil from the other side to
operate the motor in the opposite way.
9-The oil will push the check valve to open it and pass to the motor.
10-The motor will operate in the opposite direction.
11- The flow control valve is a safety element in case if the motor is
suddenly stopped the flow control valve will close to stop the oil and to
avoid the oil return to the pump and to keep the crane In stable mode.
12-When the pressure that inside the line that between the pump and
the directional control valve increase, the pressure relief vaalve is open
to pass the extra oil and regulate the pressure that insided this line
Task 3:- (P4.3):
The requirements of health and safety in….
A) Design: -

Use a pressure relief valve

Usin a brake valve to counter the balance
Using filter to avoid any contaminate
Using return filter for the oil
Prepare the maximum size of the, pump, valve and the connecting
hoses.
B) Installation: -
1-Wear the PPE.

2-Connect the hoses correctly.

3-Select the most suitable of the oil.

4-Prepare the required tools.
C) Maintenance: -
Using PPE
Maintained manually.
Identify the method for troubleshooting.

D) The use: -
Using PPE.
Commitment by safe region.
Clean the equipment.
Define each specific task for the employees.
Scheduling the tasks for employees according to the knowledge about
tasks.
Using safety instruction to complete tasks required.
Introduce for tasks to complete there duties.
