Now I’m working at ​Kolkata TV​ as Marketing Co-ordinator.

Please describe your current Job Responsibilities.


I have to coordinate with clients, programme departments, accounts department and also
with the general manager of sales and marketing.
My responsibility is to ensure that the entire production and streaming of program is
smooth. For that, I have to coordinate with different internal departments and with
customers to plan and execute both the live programme and recorded programme. I also
handle scheduling, capturing and editing of the recorded programme.
I am also responsible for payment collection.
Overall, my main job is to be the bridge between our clients and internal departments.

Media?
Because this job is so demanding, it has its own downsides. The most prominent is that it is
a very stressful job with long working hours.
Many times, customers are shouting and aggressive and it is a big challenge to handle
those situations.
