**Level 3 fixed tariff includes the Level 1 & 2 fixed fee.

First 180 users free per month for each segment for Terminal category
First 250 users free per month for each segment for Software Product/ Website category

Note for Variable Users: The domestic user will be deducted from the free users first and if any
balance remains then it will be deducted from the international users.
For E.g. CM level 3 users (domestic) = 45
CM level 2 users (domestic) = 60
CM level 1 users (domestic) = 70
CM level 3 users (international) = 30
CM level 2 users (international) = 40
CM level 1 users (international) = 65
Free users = 180
 180 – (45 + 60 + 70) = 5,
 30 – 5 = 25
These 25 remaining international users of level 3 will be charged and remaining international
users of level 2 and level 1 will be charged with respective variable tariff.

The free variable users are applicable only to Capital Market, Future & Options and Currency
Derivatives segments

Note: If any client wants to connect to DotEx for more than one Level through separate
ports the tariff charged for client will be tariff as above for maximum level of data subscribed
and subsequent Levels of data would be charged at twenty five percent (25%) of fixed fee and
variable fee at actual as per the tariff of respective level mentioned above.
