opened drug and alcohol testing centers in Miami, FL. Testing centers are located at 1050 NW 14th Street
Miami, FL 33136, 2720 SW 97th Ave Miami, FL 33165, 2601 SW 37th Ave Miami, FL 33133 and
13808 SW 8th Street Miami, FL 33184 for employers and individuals needing a drug or alcohol test.

Testing hours are convenient and on-site mobile testing is also available for those employers needing
drug or alcohol testing conducted at their place of business.

With Miami being the home to an International Seaport and International Airport, testing services offered
at the Miami, FL Drug Testing Centers include, DOT drug testing for USCG, FMCSA, FRA, FTA, FAA
and PHMSA. Additional DOT Part 40 services include, consortium enrollment, employer drug and
alcohol policy development, reasonable suspicion supervisor training and DOT compliance consultation.
