Where is the documentation?

It is contained in the product documentation HedEx package.


If the package is not available on your PC, please download it
from http://support.huawei.com. The download procedure is
as follows:
1. Go to http://support.huawei.com.
2. Select your preferred language in the upper right corner.
3. Click Log in and enter the user name and password.
4. Expand Product catalog and choose Application and
Software > Data Service > SMC > SMSC to access the
product documentation page.
5. Select a required version to view and download the
documentation for the version.

1. CDRs

The content contained in the CDRs is as following:

• If you want to know the generation condition or save path of one


type of bill, please see the Bill Generation section.
• If you want to know the format of the name of one bill , please see
the Bill File Name Formats section.
• If you want to know the format of each record in one bill file ,
including the description of each field, please see the Bill Format
Description section.
• For an SM sent between subscribers of a same operator, a
reimbursement bill is generated in the SMSC. For an SM sent
between subscribers of different operators, a reimbursement bill is
generated in the SMS GW.
• Whether to generate a new bill file is decided by the size of the
original bill file and the interval of generating bill files. When the
size of the original bill file or the interval of generating bill files
reaches the specified value, a new bill file is generated.
• CDRs can help you diagnose SM submission or delivery failure.

2. Error Codes

The content contained in the Error Codes is as following:

To help detect the causes of errors, error codes in the


SMSC are classified into internal error codes, standard
error codes, and self-defined error codes.

3.Key Data
