DALEEL-17-541 – Price Agreement for Supply of Wellheads
Instructions:
 In order for Daleel to fully assess the relative merits of each proposal, Bidder is
requested to furnish Daleel with relevant and complete information as set forth in this
questionnaire.
 Bidder’s submission may not be considered for evaluation unless they are in
conformity with the Instructions.
 Only qualified Bidders who satisfy the questionnaire are invited to participate in the
tender.
 As a matter of form, Daleel will neither give further information with regard to this pre-
qualification exercise nor the actual tender.

Background/Scope of Work

Daleel Petroleum LLC in the Sultanate of Oman intends to establish a contract for the Supply of
Wellhead for Daleel Concession Area in Oman to support its drilling campaign. The contract shall
have four (4) years firm period.

Daleel anticipated to drill about 290 wells throughout the four (4) years duration of the contract.
The tender shall solicit proposals from bidders who are capable of sourcing or manufacturing the
equipment, shipment, stocking and timely delivery to Daleel work site. Bidders must possess good
track record, experience in fabrication and supply of wellheads. Bidders must be registered in the
JSRS – Wellhead Equipment.

The scope of work is summarized as follows:

 Supply and delivery of wellheads in compliance with Daleel specifications within the
agreed delivery terms to Daleel designated location, worksite or warehouse.
 The complete scope of full Supply Chain Management of the wellheads covers the
followings:-
- Quality control and assurance
- 12 months warranty period from the date of commissioning the well or 18 months
from date of delivery to site, whichever is earlier
- Transit and customs clearance
- Storage of the wellheads in supplier’s warehouse in Oman
- Stack up and function test of the wellhead in supplier’s warehouse before delivery
to the worksite
- Delivery to the well site in boxes as per wellhead sections (A, B, C, etc.).
