These Terms and Conditions specific to the ThePLAN Subscription (“ThePLAN”) supplement the provisions of the Subscription Agreement (“SA”)*. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency
between the provisions of the SA and these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. All other terms and conditions of the SA not otherwise
inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions shall remain binding and effective.

ThePLAN allows the Subscriber to create a mobile plan depending on his/her requirements. This plan may be availed with a device or as line-only. To build a plan, the Subscriber simply needs
to choose and add together relevant and available surf, lifestyle or call and text packs (the “Packs”) under these Terms and Conditions.

Terms & Conditions:

Plans
ThePLAN requires enrollment in either:

1. ThePLAN PLUS refers to a line only subscription consisting of a combination of different Packs chosen by the Subscriber. Being on the ThePLAN PLUS plan gives the Subscriber an
additional benefit of bonus value that may be used to avail more Packs:
- Surf Pack which refers to any GoSURF offers that give the Subscriber specific data allocation in megabytes (MB) or gigabytes (GB) on a monthly basis;
- Lifestyle Pack which refers to access or subscription to lifestyle, entertainment, music, or work related sites and apps;
- Call and Text Pack which refers to call and text bundles to local networks and International Direct Dialing (IDD) offers.

The combination created hereinabove by the Subscriber will be his/her personalized ThePLAN PLUS for which he/she will be charged the corresponding Monthly Recurring Fee (“MRF”). The
MRF shall be the minimum payment due Globe. Under the ThePLAN PLUS, the Subscriber further agrees that he/she:
a. Must maintain a mandatory Surf Pack offer, regardless of the plan, throughout the Holding Period
b. May change/replace any of the Packs enrolled in, as long as a Surf Pack offer is retained. Such changes/replacement shall be applied on the next bill cut-off period.
c. For non-Surf Pack offers, may opt out from the Pack(s) enrolled in without replacing the same. Notwithstanding the opt out, the MRF will still include the Pack fees as the value of the
Pack opted-out shall be converted to consumable allowance unless the Subscriber applies for a change in his/her ThePLAN PLUS.
d. The consumable allowance includes exclusive use for local SMS, calls, and mobile browsing. Any and all unused consumable allowance will be forfeited after 30 days, and a new
allocation of consumable allowance shall be provided at the next billing cycle. The consumable allowance absolutely excludes international roaming service, value-added services (e.g.,
ringtone, ring back tone), Share-A-Load service, and other content services. Additional corresponding fees shall be billed on top of the MRF for international roaming service, value-
added services, Share-A-Load service and other content services.
e. Should he/she decide in the future to avail a gadget, the Subscriber would need to change his/her plan to the ThePLAN With a Gadget offer and will no longer get to enjoy the
additional advantages of the ThePLAN PLUS offer.
f. ThePLAN PLUS offer also comes with a 6-month Holding Period, should the Subscriber decide to pre-terminate his plan during the Holding period, the Subscriber will pay a
corresponding fixed penalty fee.

2. ThePLAN With a Gadget refers to a plan subscription consisting of a combination of different Packs chosen by the Subscriber along with a chosen gadget.

The combination created hereinabove by the Subscriber will be his/her personalized ThePLAN With a Gadget during the Holding Period of 24 months from date of line activation for which
he/she will be charged the corresponding Monthly Recurring Fee (“MRF”). The MRF shall be the minimum payment due Globe. Under the ThePLAN With a Gadget, the Subscriber further
agrees that he/she:
a. Must maintain a mandatory Surf Pack offer, regardless of the plan, throughout the Holding Period.
b. May change/replace any of the Packs enrolled in, as long as a Surf Pack offer is retained. Such changes/replacement shall be applied on the next bill cut-off period.
c. For non-Surf Pack offers, may opt out from the Pack(s) enrolled in without replacing the same. Notwithstanding the opt out, the MRF will still include the Pack fees as the value of the
Pack opted-out shall be converted to consumable allowance unless the Subscriber applies for a change in his/her ThePLAN.

e. Shall not terminate nor downgrade his/her plan. Otherwise, a pre-termination fee based on the formula below and Php550 administration fee will be charged against the Subscriber.

Packs
1. Additional enrolment in a Pack will require either going to the nearest Globe Store, or calling the Hotline, or logging-on to the Globe website (Plan Builder). The corresponding
monthly fee(s) for each Pack variants will be automatically charged on top of the MRF for the current bill period. The Pack(s) enrolled in will auto-renew every 30 days unless the
Subscriber opts-out of or terminates the Pack. Opt out from or termination of the Pack will require either going to the nearest Globe Store or calling the Hotline. However, the
Subscriber will not receive any refund or rebate for the unused monthly fee(s) for the Pack(s) opted-out regardless of opt out date.
2. Enrolment in any one or a combination of available Lifestyle Pack and/or Call and Text Pack variants can be undertaken.
3. There are two types of Surf Packs, Base Surf Packs and Add Surf Packs. Base Surf Packs can only be availed one variant at a time and shall not co-exist with each other. Add Surf
Packs are additional GBs that can be added on to the Base Surf Packs and can be availed multiple times.
If a Subscriber has fully consumed his/her SURF PACK (both Base and Add Surf) data allocation for the month, the Subscriber may continue to use data service. However, regular
browsing rate of Php2.00 per megabyte (MB) will apply for the excess data usage.
To protect Subscriber from data bill shock, there will be a Bill Protect feature, which will charge the Subscriber a maximum of Php1,500 for on-top data charges in excess of his data
allocation. For billing purposes, the Subscriber shall either pay the actual excess data charges incurred or the relevant data bill cap, whichever is less.

MRF Round Up
The actual MRF for the ThePLAN shall be in accordance with Globe’s billing principle. Thus, the Subscriber agrees that his/her MRF will be rounded up if the resulting computed
amount of the plan created is not in accord with Globe’s billing principle; the difference will form part of the Subscriber’s consumable allowance that may be used in accordance with
these Terms and Conditions.

Spending Limit Service


Subscriber’s ThePLAN will be enrolled in Globe’s Spending Limit service whereby the Subscriber’s plan will be automatically barred from performing outgoing services once his/her
plan has reached the amount set as his Spending Limit. This amount will be assigned by Globe based on his GMI or the Subscriber may set the amount himself. “Spending Limit”
refers to the maximum amount the Subscriber will be charged for his/her mobile usage within a specific billing period. The Spending Limit amount shall be at least minimum Php200
on top of his MRF amount.

Paperless Billing
Globe shall send Subscriber his/her Billing Statement digitally using the email address provided on the SA and via a text from GLOBEMYBILL which contains a secure link that will let the
Subscriber view, download and save his billing statement using a phone, tablet, PC or laptop. Subscriber undertakes that he/she has provided Globe with a valid and active e-mail
address on the SA. Should there be any changes on his/her email address, Subscriber will notify GLOBE thereof by going to the nearest Globe Store, calling the Hotline, or updating his
info via *143#.

Gadget Features
The Subscriber acknowledges that the Gadget he/she receives in connection with his/her ThePLAN subscription is locked to Globe’s network. The Subscriber shall not have said lock
removed or disabled. The Subscriber acknowledges that he/she has reviewed and understood all the features of the Gadget obtained, especially when it involves using the Gadget to
access the internet, including how to unregister from the same if necessary. The Subscriber is aware that there are charges for accessing the internet using his/her Gadget depending
on the mobile internet service availed of or registered to on top of his/her MRF. In addition, the Subscriber who will use roaming services shall be responsible for accessing Globe’s
website for information on applicable roaming internet, call and text rates.

Other Provisions
Even if Subscriber’s subscription to his/her ThePLAN is suspended/barred, the Subscriber shall still be billed for the MRF, but he/she shall not be able to use the service until
Subscriber settles the overdue balance of his/her account in full. Packs will not be opted out/terminated but customer will not be able to use the service if barred/suspended. Upon
reconnection, however, the same shall be re-activated without need of re-enrollment.

1. Should I transfer my account to another Subscriber during the Holding Period, any outstanding or past due balances should be settled prior to transfer, including the
Administrative Fee of Php550. In addition, the new Subscriber (the “transferee”) should pass the credit screening of Globe.
2. My current subscription enrolled under this Program shall not be entitled to any other promotional activity.
3. My personal Information may be disclosed to (a) third parties to whom certain Globe functions are being outsourced to, (b) law enforcement agencies, government agencies,
courts or external advisors where permitted or required by law, or (c) financial institutions, credit bureaus or similar organizations tasked to provide credit reporting.
4. In the event of termination of my subscription for whatever reason, I will not be able to use the service after the termination date and that I have the sole obligation to notify or
inform my contact persons of the termination of the service on termination date.
5. The mobile number assigned to me is a randomly assigned telephone number that is based on the numbering plan assigned by the NTC and that Globe retains ownership over
this number, thus, Globe has the right to change and allocate any telephone number assigned to me at any time without incurring any liability for any loss or inconvenience on Globe’s
part and that Globe has the right to dispose of the telephone number in whatever way Globe deems necessary and/or convenient in the event of termination my subscription with
Globe.
6. Should my line get temporarily disconnected within the current Holding Period for a cumulative number of at least 30 days, I commit myself to the conditions stated above for an
additional period equivalent to the number of days my subscription was temporarily disconnected.
7. ThePLAN PLUS Only also comes with a 6-month lock-up period, should the Subscriber decide to pre-terminate his contract during the lock-up period, subscriber would need to
pay a corresponding fixed penalty fee.

I confirm that I have read and understood the Terms and Conditions stated in this document and I agree to comply with them. I understand that Globe reserves the right to change the Terms &
Conditions stated herein without prior notice. In addition to the foregoing, I hereby certify that the handset/device I received under the Program is in good and working condition and that I had
scrutinized and inspected the same and did not find any dent, scratch, crack or any damage of similar kind or nature on the handset/device. I further certify that the handset/device package I
received contains the handset/device and other necessary and basic accessories such as the battery and charger.

GADGET REPLACEMENT AND REPAIR
Terms and Conditions:
1. Within (7) calendar days from receipt of the Gadget, the Subscriber may seek replacement of the defective Gadget at any Globe Store(s). Gadget assessment is subject to the diagnosis of the
Gadget manufacturer’s authorized service center(s). Replacement Gadget shall have the same product specifications (ex. Handset Color [subject to avail ability], Memory Size) as the Gadget
originally issued.
2. Beyond seven (7) calendar days from receipt of the Gadget, the Subscriber may seek repair of the defective Gadget at any of the manufacturer’s authorized service center(s). Gadget
assessment is subject to the diagnosis of the Gadget manufacturer’s authorized service center(s). All Gadgets have a one (1) year Manufacturer’s Warranty (“Warranty Period”).
3. The Subscriber may not request for replacement of non-defective Gadget for any reason (ex. cosmetic defects, change in preference, etc)
4. The Subscriber may not surrender any Gadget (defective or non-defective) to the Globe Store(s) unless the above conditions are met. Otherwise, subscriber has a total of fourteen (14)
calendar days to pick-up the Gadget at the Globe Store. Beyond fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the Gadget, Globe may sell and/or dispose of the cellphone as it deems fit and
apply. The proceeds of the sale will reimburse Globe for any and all expenses, including storage costs, which it may have incurred, as a result of subscriber’s invalid surrender of the Gadget.

Terms and Conditions:
1. Apple Inc. (‘Apple”) provides a limited one (1)-year manufacturer's warranty ("Warranty Period") from date of purchase. The limited warranty shall be Apple’s sole responsibility during the
Warranty Period and covers all iPhone-related software and hardware concerns.

2. In the event of opt out or termination from the Comprehensive Insurance Plan, the Subscriber shall only be allowed to re-enroll under the Stand Alone Accidental Damage Plan.
3. Upon enrollment in the Program, after the free 1 month promo period, the Subscriber shall pay the insurance premium due to the insurance plan availed by the Subscriber on a monthly basis,
charge to his/her postpaid bill. Each insurance plan under the Program has term of thirty (30) days, subject to auto-renewal unless the Subscriber opts out through SMS by sending the

4. Notice of Claim: In the event of claim due to Accidental Damage and/or Theft, the insured shall:
a. Within seven (7) calendar days of the occurrence of Damage, or the discovery of Theft, notify Chubb of the event
b. Within seven (7) calendar days of the discovery of Theft, notify Globe to block the equipment and inform Chubb Customer Service on telephone number +632 7565400 or via

c. Within seven (7) calendar days of discovery of Theft, notify the police and obtain a police report
5. Description of Benefits:
 Theft Benefit: Cost of Replacement of the Equipment (with the same or similar specifications, which may be by way of Refurbished Equipment).
 Accidental Damage Benefit: Cost of Repair or Replacement of the Equipment (with the same model or one with similar specifications, which may be by ways of Refurbished
