ADDENDUM TO DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This document is in reference to the DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE OF

UNDIVIDED PARCEL OF LAND executed in Capas, Tarlac by DEVERLYN
L. GUERRERO (Vendor) and CARLOS C. CAPIL (Vendee) on 15 May 2018
noted and entered in the Notarial Register of Atty. Enrico G. Barin as Doc.
No. 279, Page No. 62, Book No. CCXII, Series of 2018. Said Deed refers to
the sale of a parcel of land located in Patling O’Donnell, Capas, Tarlac,
covered by TCT No. 358592 of the Registry of Deeds of the Province of
Tarlac.

May it be known that the undersigned parties do hereby agree to make

the following ADDITION/ADDENDUM to the aforementioned Deed as
follows:

That the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) already issued a

Certificate Authorizing Registration (CAR) involving the sale
of the subject parcel of land in favor of CARLOS C. CAPIL;

That, however, TCT No. 358592 was already cancelled and

in lieu thereof TCT No. 043-2018006696 was issued but still
in the name of the seller, DEVERLYN L. GUERERO;

That, therefore, to facilitate the transfer of the subject parcel

of land in favor of the buyer, CARLOS C. CAPIL, and in order
to truly reflect the intention of the parties in the Deed, we
hereby agree and acknowledge that the parcel of land
subject of sale is now covered by TCT No. 043-2018006696
and no longer by TCT No. 358592 of the Registry of Deeds
of the Province of Tarlac;

These additions shall be valid and supersede any earlier provisions in

the Deed inconsistent therewith.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands on this

including this page on which this acknowledgment is written, and it has been
signed by the parties and their two (2) instrumental witnesses on the left
margin of each of the first, second and fourth page and on the top of their
typewritten names on the third page.
