All the orphanages 17(100%) do have a child psychologist or counsellor, while

other personnel like Nurses, teachers/caregivers,nannies, cleaners, cooks, security
men,
messengers, typists and drivers were available but not adequate.

All the orphanages have adequate toilet and bathroom , hostels/space for sleeping
and playing for the orphans but others like administrative office 5(29.4%),
laundry room 13(76.5%), toilet and bathroom
