the said Land requried filling up to one meter,Since Land Adjucent is Garlanded
with exisiting Building Coverd with similar type of plinth Area.

Being Proposed as a Residential Neigbourhood Unit of Residential with Requried
Potential Comercial Units Needed with Public perpose Amenities to cater not only to

Taking into consideration of this Neigbhourhood unit of 229 Acre and its perposed
Residential Units as per Building By Laws of now Proposed in Draft Control rules

Residential with Comercial used can be Perposed in 170 Acre.
