Purpose
To create a Business Event Appraisal document
Menu Path
SAP Easy Access -> SAP menu Human Resources Training and Event
Management > Business Events > PV33 - Appraisals
Transaction Code
PV33
Procedure
Enter the Transaction code PV33 in the command field (refer the following
screen)

Do not change anything in the above pop up window, simply click on the check mark
Select the required Appraisal document. We have selected the first document.
In order to select the Appraisal document, click once on the line, and then click on the

In the above screen select the Appraisee(s) radio button, the value changes to Course
(refer screen below)

Click n the field next to the “Course”, a drop down button appears
And click on this drop down button, the following drop down list appears

In the above, Select the required course, and click on the check mark button to
populate the value in to the field. The screen will look as shown below.

If we do not know what the date on which the training programme took place,
Simply click on the execute button, the following pop up window will appear
The meaning of the above pop up window is, the system is informing us that it is
changing the existing from & to dates to that date on which the training programme
took place,
Simply click on the check mark button, the following screen appears.

In the above screen, we can see that the from & to dates are changed by the
system.

Select any participant and click the execute button. The following screen
appears.
In the above screen, click on the Rating field of the Contents: practical relev field, a
drop down button appears, and click on this drop down button, the
following rating scale pop up window appears.
This rating scale values are same for all the ratings of all the line items in the above
screen.

Double click on the required rating scale, to populate it on the rating field as shown
below.
When we key-in
the rating scale
value,
The weighting
value changes
automatically
When we populate the rating scale value, the value of the weighting changes
automatically
Similarly we can populate all the required rating scale values from the drop down list
to all the line items.
Once the values are populated to all the line items, the screen will look as below.

In case if any textual matter is to be kept for future reference against a rating scale,
sort of justification as to why he was given such a rating, click on the Notes
button, the following screen appears.

Key-in the required textual matter and the click on save button to save the record
and click on the left side arrow button to return back to the following screen.

the click on save button to save the above record, the system will save the record
and the following message appears in the status line of the above screen.
In case, if you do not want any one to change the rating values, you can click on the
Displaying the following message at the status line of the above screen.
