Procedural Steps

Purpose
To create a “Test Score” Appraisal document for an attendee

Menu Path
SAP Easy Access -> SAP menu Human Resources Training and Event
Management > Attendance > PV34 - Appraisals

Transaction Code
PV34

Procedure
Enter the Transaction code PV34 in the command field (refer the following
screen)

Or go as per the navigation shown below and click PV34 – Appraisals

Press <Enter> or key, the following screen will appear

Select the required Appraisal document, and click on the check mark button of
the pop up window. The following screen appears

Click on this
Course ID field

Click on the course ID field (refer above screen), the drop down button appears,
and click on this drop down button to get the following drop down list.

Select the required Business Event Type, and click on the check mark button of
the pop up window. The following screen appears

Change the Period Appraised date to the date of the Business Event Type (refer
screen below)

Click on the execute button, the following screen appears

Select the required attendee,

and click execute button, the following screen appears.

Click on the drop down button of the rating field of the Pre Test Score field, the
following drop down list appears.

Double click on any of the option; it will get populated on the field

Similarly from the drop down list, populate the value on the Post test Score.

The screen will look as shown below

Note: while assigning the rating, in case if any textual matter is to be keyed in for
future records purpose, then click on the button, the following screen appears,

Key-in the textual matter and

Keyed-in textual matter

Click save button, and use the left side arrow to return back t the
following screen.

When rating
scale is keyed-in
in the rating
field, the
weighting also
changes
accordingly

Once a Notes is attached to a line,

the Note button will change

from to .

Click save button to save the record, the following message appears at
the status line of the above screen

Note: if after this appraisal, if you do not want to be changed by any other person,

then click on the complete push button, the following message

appears at the status line of the above screen.

Return back using the left side arrow button,

And

Repeat the above procedure for any other attendee to whom you want to do the Test
Score appraisal.

Once everything is completed, return back to the SAP Easy Access Screen or Home
Screen
