Procedural Steps

Purpose
To Create a Business Event Group

Menu Path
SAP Easy Access -> SAP menu Human Resources Training and Event
Management > Settings > Current Settings > Attendee > S_AHR_61011889 -
Business Event Group

Transaction Code
S_AHR_61011889

Procedure
Enter the Transaction code S_AHR_61011889 in the command field (refer the
following screen)

Or go as per the navigation shown below and click S_AHR_61011889

Press <Enter> or key, the following screen will appear

The start date will always default to the current system date,

Change the start date if required, and then

If we want to create the BE Group by copying a already existing BE group, then only the BE group
field under the ‘Copy from’ heading is used,

Otherwise,

Click on the create icon, the following screen appears.

In the above screen, the following are free text field.

The Abbreviation / Name field and

The General description field

Key-in the required details, as shown in example below

Click on the Relationship tab, the following screen appears

Click once on the ‘ID rel.object’ field, a drop down icon appears at the end of the field, and click on
this icon, the following Business event Type search pop up window appears,

Click on the check mark button of this pop up window, the following drop down list appears

Select (by check marking the check box) the required Business Event type ID and click on the

check mark button of the drop down pop up window, to get the value populated on the screen.

Click on the check mark button, if there is no errors in the status line,

Click on the save button to save the record., the following screen appears

Note down the Business Event group ID, and also look for the BE Group created message in the
status line ( as shown below)
