For initial experiments

 Galvanized bolts
o Made of Zinc-coated steel
o Due to its Zinc content, it has high electrical conductivity ranking 14th among the
best conductors in the Periodic table.

 Copper pole
o Copper has high electrical conductivity ranking 2nd among the best conductors in the
Periodic table.

 Printed Circuit Board
o Used as platform for securing electronic pieces together.
 Stranded copper wires
o Used to connect electronic pieces and serves as the passageway of electrical
current.
 Soldering lead
o Used for strengthening the connection between wires and electronic pieces.
 Rectifier diode
o Lets electrical current flow in only one direction and is mainly used for power supply
operation. It can also handle higher current flow than regular diodes and are generally
used in order to change alternating current into direct current.

manufacturers, chip? Retrieved from

 Capacitor
o Used for storing electrical energy for a short period of time.
 Light Emitting Diode
o A diode that emits light when activated with electricity
 Electrical tape
o A non-conductor used most commonly for electronic pieces.
 Rocker switch
o A rocker switch is an on/off switch that rocks (rather than trips) when pressed,
which means one side of the switch is raised while the other side is depressed much
like a rocking horse rocks back and forth. A rocker switch may have a circle (for "on")
on one end and a horizontal dash or line (for "off") on the other to let the user
known if the device is on or off.

1st step: Prepare the galvanized bot and the copper pole. Connect each metal to
a separate copper wire using electrical tape, may be secured by
soldering the wire into the metal.
2nd step: In the wire connected to the copper pole, add a rectifier diode to
prevent the electrons from escaping. Add another copper wire
afterwards.
3rd step: Connect both of the wires to a capacitor/supercapacitor for it to be
temporarily stored.
4th step: Add another pair of wires to the capacitor/supercapacitor, for anode
and cathode respectively.
5th step: In the wire connected to the cathode, add a rocker switch and connect
a wire afterwards.
6th step: Prepare the subject(plant) and place the metals on the opposite sides.
