You can't Air-condition a football field and roads everywhere, can you? If you're an athletic person who likes to be outdoor, what
options has nature given you? It's either burn or go home, obviously, any sane minded person would choose the latter. I would
outright refuse to put up with nature's bias of inhumane heat distribution. Heat index is 42C outside right now.
The unwritten law of nature for tropical zone: "You can live here but i wouldn't be able to nurture your brain." Either our ancestors
didn't care, or they didn't know any better, or maybe intellectual competition between temperate and tropics was non-existent
back then. Definitely, all of above. As the globalization has picked up pace, the residents of colder regions has inherited a natural
edge on intellectual front. Keeping this in mind, I now repent the decision of my ancestors to settle in this unfavorable land.
The human brain itself works best when it's 5C to 24C outside, students perform better when it's 22C, average yearly day
temperature in India is like 32C.
So, What about children of the poor? Poverty itself hampers intelligence, Indian kids have to fight heat too! You can't tell them to
use AC and eat cake.

I want world to work together and equalize the temperature of the Earth. For the time being, it doesn't matter how many
people are there in the tropics, they are not very purposeful for humanity progress, they'll never match the intellect of
temperate residents. You can have 30 billion people living in the tropics completely outclassed by 1 billion temperate inhabitants
in science, technology, innovation and almost anything. It's impossible to air-condition the whole planet, so other methods
might be needed.
Only body can adapt to high temperatures, Brain can't adapt, it just isn't designed to work well at high temperatures. If you've
lived in both temperate and tropical zones for a long time, you would understand it. 15C might not be comfortable for body but
it's perfect for brain.

Sir Shashi tharoor talks about A well educated mind vs a well formed mind, he's not aware what it takes to achieve it being born in
cold climate of London and living a privileged life. An Einstein can be born in a hot humid place but his potential can never be
achieved in such a canicular region. Hot humid climate brings with it all kind of barriers, be it cultural or swarm of unintellectuals.
A good analogy would be to compare our biological brain with modern CPUs: They works well in their operating range, if it gets
hot, they'll throttle clock speed to safeguard from heat, therefore reducing performance and shutdown completely once max
temperature threshold is reached.
Human body also have such safety nets, it'll divert energy from brain to cool itself if it gets hot and death is imminent once wet
bulb temperature reaches 35C.

Why the down votes? Disagreement can be put better in words. You people don't lose productivity when it's 45C outside? Maybe
re-posting this in winter time would be a better idea to gather some thoughtful insights from public.
