The Air Water Philippines Inc. still handle a paper works for
the information of the employees and they find it hard in
searching when it’s needed. And in attendance they still use
buny clock which is not totally secured when it comes in
monitoring the attendance. So the researchers decided to
make an automated system that will help them to be more
secured their information and easily monitor the attendance.
 To develop easy creation of data reports
 To create a better storage of data
 To monitor the attendance of the employees
 To easily search, retrieve the information of the employee
The system can identify if the employee is late or early out, it
will record the time in and time out of the employees. The
system can generate reports such as weekly and monthly
reports to be presented to the secretary.
The system is limited to the employees who are work at the
company of AWPI. The system is not capable in auto
scheduling. The employee was not able to login without record
in the system. The system cannot view by any employee, only
the person in-charge.

required in all research proposals. The purpose of the literature
review should:

 Provide evidence to the panelist that you are well

acquainted with past and current research in the field of
study.
 Prove that the thesis/capstone project will not duplicate
past or current research.
Indicate how the intended research relates to similar and past
research; in other words, the literature review positions your
research within the existing body of knowledge.
