- Track carrier with wrong PO# at loader
- Take out carrier
- Click abort to disable alarm
- Click auto start to resume production

• For Alox A & B , close button on the pop out menu “save and close” not functioning

• For Alox E & O, noticed that tools still can accept different PO#. System read different PO# as PO# that
have been save earlier and no alarm.

Suggestion for improvement

1. When only PO# check enable :

- If the alarm triggered, pop out menu should show wrong PO# number instead of showing PO# that
currently running on tools.

- Block the “save” button on pop out menu so MO can’t press the save button- if the save button been
pressed, tools will accept two PO# continuously.

- Add features about OLD PO# and NEW PO# (same like printer Y interface) at alox loader and unloader HMI
so MO can ensure whether tools already change to the new PO# or not. This to avoid mix product during
PO conversion.

2. When MES and PO# check enable :

- If the alarm triggered, Make the “Abort” button fumctioning. This will make step to track location of carrier
with wrong PO# more easy

- To solve RFID issue for carrier
