ENT 475 Synopsis
• Focuses on the methodologies and processes
for the design an integrated mechatronic system

• Covers the philosophy of product system design

• Requires students to work in a group to design a


mechatronic system

• The design project will be continued in ENT476


ENT 475 Course Outcome (CO)
• CO1: Ability to design, develop and evaluate
measurement, instrumentation and actuation systems.

• CO2: Ability to design and evaluate a mechatronic


system using a microcontroller.

• CO3: Ability to identify customer need and conduct


evaluation based on economic, ethical and sustainable
factors for the mechatronic system.
