Authors Message

The Bathroom Remodeling Bid Sheet from HomeAdditionPlus.com consists of a

comprehensive questionnaire (Request for Proposal) form, as well as advice and tips on
making your new home building project go smoothly.

The questionnaire is designed so that you can provide it to prospective general contractors
for them to complete and return to you. The questionnaire is written so that you have
sufficient information about the prospective contractor to determine if they are capable of
completing the project on time, on budget and to your satisfaction.

You can make as many copies of the questionnaire as necessary for your home building
project.

In addition to the questionnaire and project building advice, this bid sheet also contains cost
and timeline estimates you may expect to see from your prospective contractors. However, it
is important to remember that these estimates are only estimates. The actual costs and
schedules bids you receive from your prospective contractors could vary significantly from the
estimates contained in this document, as labor and material costs, as well as material types
and real estate conditions, vary over time and with local areas and market conditions.
