Kelli Kelnar, Oklahoma State Regents for Higher
Education (OSHRE)
B.S., business administration, Northwestern Oklahoma State
University. Kelli has served in the higher education field for
more than 27 years working in the financial aid arena, as a
lender representative and at OSRHE. Kelli’s extensive work
with high school counselors and students has helped serve
in the development of OSRHE’s new outreach program,
UCanGo2.
Theresa Battles, Oklahoma State Regents for Higher
Education (OSHRE)
Theresa has more than 25 years of experience in the
education field earned by working at OSRHE and the
University of Oklahoma. She began her career in 1983 in the
financial aid office at OU where she served as a student loan
processor. After that, she moved to OSRHE where she has
worked in Default Prevention, Customer Service and
Outreach.
Chris Graham, ABE Coordinator/Instructor
B.A., English, University of Central Oklahoma. Over 15 years
experience in editing and polishing student submissions for
numerous disciplines and departments. Chris is a practicing
“Composition Coach” and his philosophy is, “All students can
write with purpose, establish a practical vocabulary, and
construct concise sentences to convey ideas.”

internships and working with industry professionals. His
clients include such powerhouses as AOL, A&E Biography, Oklahoma Regents for Higher Education
BMG Music, Republican National Committee, Franklin Mint,

Kelly Kerr, Instructor, Photography Technology, OSU dietary needs
Institute of Technology
B.A., Business Administration, Oklahoma State University. 20
years of experience as a photojournalist and illustrative
photographer. Kelly was named photographer of the year in
Oklahoma three times. In 2007, he produced a 300-page
book of photographs covering Oklahoma. He currently
works as a video producer and photographer with videos
seen by over 5 million people. Kelly was named the OSUIT
2010 Outstanding Faculty.
