PROJECT LIST

Shake Shack Restaurants, Cabin John, Potomac, MD & Arlington, VA (2018):

Both project locations were approximately $1 million dollar restaurant projects complete with two
hoods, ceramic tile, millwork, and additional trades. Schedules were 12 weeks and very tight space.

Sooner Generating Station, 10800 Country Rd 230, Red Rock, OK 74651 (2016‐2017):

The project budget was approximately $70 million dollar industrial project; scrubber units for a coal
power plant. As project coordinator I resolved field and design issues with industrial equipment and cost
engineering; including cost forecasting, estimating and negotiating back charges.

Columbia Energy Center, 8385 W. Murray Road, Pardeeville, WI 53954 (2016‐2017):

The project budget was approximately $30 million dollar industrial project; scrubber units for coal
power plant. As project coordinator I resolved field and design issues with industrial equipment and cost
engineering; including cost forecasting, estimating and negotiating back charges.

Edgewater Generating Station, 3739 Lakeshore Dire, Sheboygan, WI 53081‐7233 (2015‐2016):

The project budget was approximately $50 million dollar industrial project; scrubber units for coal
power plant. As project coordinator I resolved field and design issues with industrial equipment and cost
engineering; including cost forecasting, estimating and negotiating back charges.

Landval Street Home Renovation & Multi-Suite Condo Building Renovations (2015)

I worked as both estimator and project manager for residential renovations. Started and finished two
projects as well as get projects awarded between MD and DC.

Hyatt Regency, 7901 Tysons One Pl, Tysons, VA 22102 (2013‐2014):

Assistant project manager role responsible for submittal and record administration, resolving design
issues with structural issues; post‐tension concrete, glass and glazing, exterior glass systems, mechanical
and plumbing issues. Lead other trades including elevators, entrances, kitchen hardware, and others.

Plaza Bridge at Tysons Corner Center, Tysons, VA 22102 (2013‐2014): Assistant project

manager role responsible for submittal and record administration, resolving design issues with exterior
miscellaneous connections, entrances, restrooms, metal paneling, earthwork, structural steel, plumbing,
electrical, FSS, and other trades.

NSSC Basin Heater Upgrades, 1333 Isaac Hull Ave, Washington Navy

Yard, DC 20376 (2013): Lead as project manager to upgrade mechanical systems with heat trace and
other upgrades at the Navy Yard.

NMIC Restroom & Stairwell Renovations, 4251 Suitland Rd, Washington, DC 20395 (2013):

Lead as project manager for a 5 phased night‐time renovation, which included tiling, lighting, plumbing,
and partitions for restrooms and stair treads and painting for the stairwells.

NFCU Cooling Tower Replacement, 820 Follin Ln SE, Vienna, VA 22180 (2013):

Lead as project manager to replace the cooling tower and other mechanical upgrades at the NFCU in
Vienna. Tracked costs, issued invoices to client, and processed invoices.

Ft Detrick Community‐Based Outpatient Clinic, 1433 Porter Street, Fort Detrick, MD: 21702 (2011):

Approximately $3 million new building construction in excess of 15,000 sq ft. Lead as project manager to
closeout punch list, scheduled interior finish and exterior trades, met with client for schedule updates,
punch list and change order issues.

Washington Aqueduct Security Upgrades, at Multiple Locations in DC (2010‐2012):

Project worth was approximately $3 million with $2 million in additional change orders. Lead as project
manager for 7 sites, resolving design issues, RFP for exterior trades, created proposal for client changes,
submittal and records admin, both controls and P6 scheduling experience, and both budget tracking and
forecasting.

FRB Exterior & Security Upgrades, 1709 New York Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20006 (2011‐2012);
The project budget was approximately 1.5 million dollars. Lead as project manager to renovate exteriors
which included underground interlocking bollard systems encased with granite and limestone,
landscaping, railing, lighting, curbs and security guard station.

Eccles Building FRB Switchgear Replacement & Restroom Renovations, Washington, DC (2011‐2012):
Electrical upgrades for the Eccles building under $1.5 million and restroom renovations under $500k.
Lead as the project manager to upgrade electrical switchgear, lighting and other upgrades for the
switchgear and renovate multiple restrooms; other tasks included walkthroughs with architect to review
conformance and acceptance.

William McChesney Martin, JR FRB Barrier Security Upgrades, Washington, DC (2011‐2012):

Approximately 1.3 million dollars in security wedge system barrier for the Martin building. Lead as
project manager for the pre‐bid phase; attended concept and design meetings, conducted walk‐through
with contractors to review scope of project and feasibility.

Intern: Department of Interiors (Field Engineer) (2010)

I served as a field engineer in assisting the superintendent on field issues, material storage, tracking,
punch list, daily logs, and daily photos.

Intern: ACC3 Ashburn, VA (2007), ACC4 Ashburn, VA (2008), NJ1 Piscataway, NJ (2009) Data Centers

Each data center was upwards of $50-70 million dollars. As an intern I would review and get approval for
MEP trade submittals and coordinate with subcontractors in the field for RFIs or immediate resolutions.
