BRAKE DISCS AND PADS

HIGH QUALITY RANGE OF BRAKE DISCS AND PADS

FOR ALL RAIL APPLICATIONS. Depending on the type of application,
Knorr-Bremse axle and wheel-mounted brake discs come with split or solid friction rings made of
gray cast iron, aluminum, or steel. Brake discs with friction rings made of particle-reinforced alu-
minum offer up to 50% weight reduction and less disc and pad wear compared to conventional
cast-iron discs.
