Personal thoughts and opinions about materials

I mistakenly believed materials would be an easy subject.
I am not good with using anything as unconventional as wire, or as
sensitive as plaster. so I took most of the plates as a challenge.

Materials you like to pursue further studies

Wire, although I had a tough time with twisting and forming them into
my desired shape, I am interested in knowing what its limitations and
capabilities are. In the future I hope to improve and easily be able to
manipulate them as I please.

Materials that interest you most

Plaster, wires and paper

Materials you like to use as a medium of expression

From materials class- paper
Outside materials- poster paint

Materials you like to learn more about

Organic paint, I find that it has its own charm different from processed
paint. I wish to learn more of how to enhance that and someday use it for
my art.
Other thoughts and opinions
Though I was unable to fully express myself in the course, I believe that
with a little more familiarity with each medium, eventually I’d be
moving closer to that goal.

Thank you for introducing me to each and every one of the mediums
used in materials.
I will surely apply each lesson in other subjects to follow.

My Kind Regards,
Your Student
