Product Description

PTC conductive heating elements type EB, EC, HP and HT

offer heating and temperature limiting in a single unit. These
PTC heaters allow high watt densities in a compact design.

Depending on the application and chosen surface temperature,

thermostats and temperature controllers can be eliminated.

These units can be found in many industries where heat-

ing, de-humidification and anti-condensation applications are
required.

Specifications
Wide voltage ranges e.g. special voltage versions are
available: 12-24V, 24-48V, 36-72V, 100-240V, 240-600V. A versatile solution for
Protection classes SKI and SKII and wide selection of heating and temperature
performances and temperature ranges.

Heating Profiles HP

Product Description

These surface and spot heaters allow high power densities

in a compact design. HP elements may be installed through
the use of clamps or bolts, held in place by mounting
notches on the wings of the aluminium extrusion itself.

Heating Discs HT
Product Description

The HT element is a round heating element with a central

mounting hole and spade terminals for electrical connection.
The concave pre-stressed contact surface ensures form-fit
contact and optimum heat transfer.
The HS05 is a special version of the HT series and comes with
adhesive foil for easy installation (for applications with a max.
temperature of 130ºC (266ºF). Special heater versions,
dimensions and coating options are available on request.
