For the past 10 years Ysvetllana Guadiz has
been working in film, videogames, televison ,
advertising and architecture. She graduated
from Saint Louis University with a degree in
Architecture. After she graduated she
proceeded to attempt a career in art. She
spent a couple of years doing freelancing and
then got a job at Ubisoft Bucharest as a texture
artist. Through hardwork and more than a little
luck she landed a job at Ubisoft San Francisco
where she is currently the Lead Concept Artist
on Beyond Good and Evil 2 and the Assistant
Director on the Farcry titles. She works on both
digital and traditional techniques, developed
mostly through her work on concept designs,
textures, matte paintings from photo realistic to
higly stylized genres. Her work has been
featured in books and art magazines through-
out the world most notably the 2025 edition of
Ysvetllana Guadiz currently lives and works in
Malmo, Sweden with her two
cats Dely and Mao.

A house only 100 square ft- 400 square ft in
area makes a small living space for some.
Also known as micro houses or compact
houses, tiny houses are a big trend among
individuals especially to some who are drawn
because of their eco friendliness and lower
carbon footprint Besides their lower living
cost, tiny homes require dramatic downsizing
of furniture and other house wares. With little
space and limited storage, living in a tiny
house can be a conscious shift of having a
simpler and modest lifestyle. “Living tiny”
creates a strong need for community and
shared experience. And also living in a small
place impacts social dynamics among tiny
house dwellers. “Living tiny” challenges
owners to reconsider how they value their
privacy and physical space, personal rela-
tionship with each other and with their envi-
ronment. The core principle of the tiny house
lifestyle consists of creating a better environ-
mental outlook and social values through the
mechanism of the . home
