& other charges all compete as per design and direction of engineer-in-
charge. The in situ Concrete will be reinforced cement concrete

1. VAT & TAX are included as per Govt. rule
2. Running bill will be submitted after every 7 days of work
3. Bill has to be cleared within 7 days of submission
4. 20 % Mobilization advance to be paid against BG
