Solid State

With no moving mechanisms or contacts to degrade,

solid state controllers offer improved system reliability
and faster activation compared to electromechanical
equivalents.
This in turn leads to lower cost-of-
use due to the number of cycles
that can be achieved as well as
less downtime in the field.
Solid State controllers have
exceptional resilience to storage
and operating environment fac-
tors such as mechanical shock
and vibration, as well as humidity
and external magnetic radiation.
Bounce-free switching provides
increased accuracy of pulsed and
counting capabilities. The output
resistance remains constant
regardless of the amount of use while providing higher
input-to-output isolation properties.
Class1 systems go a step further to also include inbuilt
circuit protection, all leading to overall less cost while
increasing reliability.

Configuring the Ultraview Display

The Ultraview Touch interface can be infinitely customised
to display and interact with the user, either through physical
buttons, via touch screen or both.
If a design can be imagined, then the Class 1 team can assist
in turning your concept into reality.
Once all operational requirements are determined, an
interface is designed and programmed specifically for
the application. All graphical elements including, colours,
backgrounds, dials, gauges etc can be enhanced with real
time animation.
A range of standard templates are available for less complex
interface requirements.

system designers and operators the flexibility to perform
tasks in a manner best suiting their preference.

Class 1 - Es-Key Programming

All Class 1 components can
be programmed to operate
according to user’s specific
requirements. This is done
using the Es-Key Professional
software to program the
system manager, which in
turn is connected to each
component on the network.

Diagnostics
The advanced diagnostic capability of the ES-Key Professional
program makes fault checking easier than ever.
Connect to your vehicle locally or via a phone line, download
the vehicle’s program and you’re in.
Troubleshoot the entire system or just a single output. With
the ability to force on or off any input/output, the software
can assist with much of the fault diagnosis process before
even opening your toolbox.
