1. Introduction

The Webmail Services will be migrated to SSL VPN; all TCS users will be able to access TCS webmail
services over SSL VPN from Internet (via browser and Mobile phones). This solution is deployed to
safeguard the data and prevent any data loss via webmail.

1.1 Accessing Webmail Services from Mobile (iPhone)

The following are the steps to access webmail services through ssl vpn on iPhone:
1. Download and install Citrix Receiver App from Appstore.

2. Navigate to URL: https://myapp.tcs.com from Safari browser.
3. Log on using Employee ID and Ultimatix password.

4. Click Accept to accept the disclaimer.

 The following page opens, application icons are displayed.

5. Click the icons to access the mail applications.

 Click TCS-WebMail-Lotus for Webmail users. OR

 Click TCS_Exchange for Outlook users.

User will be redirected to application page through citrix receiver.

6. Click Open in Receiver and enter webmail credentials to log on to webmail.

1.2 Accessing Webmail Services from Mobile (Android)

The following are the steps to access webmail services through ssl vpn on Android phones:

 Download and install Citrix Receiver App from Playstore.

 Navigate to URL : https://myapp.tcs.com from your browser.
 Log on using Employee ID and Ultimatix password
