Dear Mr. Dalisay:

You have contacted our firm and requested that we evaluate whether we
will represent you in a potential claim you wish to make against Mr.
Hammerman. As we discussed, we have a possible conflict of interest. Although
we did not discuss the particulars of your potential claim, it does not appear to
be appropriate based on ethical grounds for our firm to represent you. We must
therefore decline to represent you this time. Under these circumstances, we
