An epic development of mid-market yellow brick and stucco
houses which incorporates terraced streets, crescents, oversized mansion blocks, and this rather confusing corner apartment building with heavy Jacobean chimneys. The centrepiece is framed by a pair of large rusticated balcony pilasters topped by cement urns, which have an Oliver Messel Barbadian camp to them. The angles of the building are so odd that I can only assume it was treated deliberately as a weird object within the whole development in order to radically break up the monotony.
