--Treaty of Armenia 1903--

The participants of this treaty are RUSSIA and TURKEY.

1. Agreement of Non-Aggression

ARMENIA is considered neutral territory to both nations. Either nation entering Armenia
without permission is considered an act of war (and is also physically impossible with this
treaty).

2. Nullification of the treaty

This treaty may be nullified with a 3 turn warning by either nation. The warning must be
unambiguous, and in front of a neutral arbiter named by the breakee.

Otherwise, this treaty may be nullified by mutual agreement of both parties instantaneously.
