Workplaceless Announces Launch of First Ever Remote Work Certification

Program in an Effort to Support Growing Demand of Remote Careers

Washington, NY, October 01, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Workplaceless proves the future is offsite in a new
Remote Work Certification program aimed towards professionals looking for remote job success.
Individuals taking the course will be trained in seven core competencies that prepare them to succeed in
remote jobs. The program provides best practices and in-depth strategies for working professionals who
want to work remotely but do not have remote work experience. The program can be delivered as part of
an organization's onboarding process to those new to the remote experience as well as be used by
freelance or contract professionals who seek to improve their skills.

“We are thrilled to contribute a comprehensive learning experience in this new field of professional
development designed for remote individuals and teams. This is an exciting time for professionals
everywhere as the workplace expands beyond the cubicle walls. More opportunities for remote work are
becoming available every day as businesses realize this is the key to expansion and sustainability. We
couldn't be happier to be a part of this progress,” says Tammy Bjelland.

Some of the highlights of the self-paced course include:

-Seven modules that prepare remote workers to succeed online: the remote workday, communication,
workflow, productivity and time management, teamwork, compliance, and critical thinking.
-Modules featuring interactive eLearning, videos, knowledge checks, an assignment, and a scored
assessment.
-Those who pass each module with a score of 70% or higher will receive an official Remote Work
Certification delivered as a certificate and online badge.

The Workplaceless curriculum has been purchased by Utah State University Extension's Rural Online
Initiative as a result of the HB 327 Utah Bill and will be implemented starting this week. Other
organizations such as TalaTek, LLC, a federal government contractor that offers compliance
management, have incorporated the first-of-its-kind program into their onboarding process.

“I've really been enjoying the Remote Work Certification program so far. I've learned so much more
about remote work in one setting than when I was previously scouring the internet. So many remote terms
make so much sense to me now. It's such a relief. Knowing that I'm setting my office up for physical
comfort (ergonomic) and function definitely brings me peace of mind. The information is put together in
a seamless and user-friendly way. It's a breath of fresh air. I love that all of the information is realistic and
that I am able to apply it throughout the course. It really helps the information stick! I'm looking forward
to learning more throughout this course!” says Olivia Rastello, participant of the program.
