IBM Mechanisburg supplies replacement parts to Customer Engineers & Customers all
over the world. There are total five sub-systems Development and Testing , UAT ( User
Acceptance Test ) , Production LPAR and End User ( Users access the LPAR from
different geographic location world wide ) and Production sub-system which is the real
online system in the same LPAR. Data from Production LPAR is propagated using IBM
SQL Replication Technology to End user sub system.

Summary:
Worked as a Mainframe Trainer of part of the Global Mainframe Mobilization Program
ISSC - IBM Chengdu China. This program was a part of world wide initiative to build
Mainframe Skills in China. I was sent from IBM India Mainframe Competency to IBM
