a. Condition. Si el adjetivo describe un estado momentáneo, como: cansado, hambriento,
bien, mal, enfermo, caliente, frío, etc., se pregunta ¿CÓMO ESTÁ?, ¿CÓMO ESTÁN?: HOW
IS ..?, HOW ARE..? HOW IS SHE? ¿Cómo está ella?. She is fine, tired, sick. (Ella está bien,
cansada, enferma). HOW ARE THEY? ¿Cómo están ellas? THEY ARE HAPPY, SAD, etc.
Están felices, tristes, etc.

b. Description. Si el adjetivo describe un estado o característica duradera o permanente,


se pregunta ¿CÓMO ES?, ¿CÓMO SON? WHAT IS .......LIKE?, WHAT ARE …. LIKE?
WHAT IS SHE LIKE? ¿Cómo es ella? SHE IS, SHE IS TALL, INTELLIGENT... (Ella es alta,
inteligente..)
WHAT ARE THEY LIKE? ¿Cómo son ellas? THEY ARE YOUNG, SHORT (Son jóvenes,
bajitas)

c. Color. Si el adjetivo es un color, se pregunta: ¿DE QUÉ COLOR ES?, ¿DE QUÉ
COLORES SON?
WHAT COLOR IS THE PLANT? ¿De qué color es la planta? It is green (es verde). WHAT
COLOR ARE THE PLANTS? ¿De qué colores son las plantas? They are green (son
verdes)
