MOTION TO WITHDRAW

DEFENDANTS, through counsel, unto this Honorable Court most

respectfully states that:

1. On 1 October 2200, the undersigned law firm, through the

undersigned counsel, manifested in open court of its withdrawal
as counsel of record for the defendants in the above-mentioned
case;

2. As originally agreed upon between the undersigned law

firm and the defendants, the law firm’s services is limited only in
assisting the defendants to pursue the avenue for an amicable
settlement of the civil case;

4. Henceforth, it is most respectfully prayed that all pleadings,
resolutions, notices, orders and other processes of the Honorable
Court in connection with the above-entitled case, be sent to the

WHEREFORE, premises considered it is most respectfully prayed
