Dear sir/madam,

Conversion from Graduate certification to MSC Program.

I’m Sivapalan Jasekan currently (GC Reg No- 182,Student ID: A0194014) following Graduate certification
(Geo technical Engineering) from at NUS, up to now I have completed 4 Subjects. Following are the
results I have obtained up to Now.

I would like to apply from MSC program for January intake, but Based on the time schedule I would be
complete all required Subjects before the End of December 2018, Please refer the below diagramme
