BIBLIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH

Ryan M. Regenio was born on march 9, 1997 in V-Luna Hospital

Quezon city.

The youngest son of Mr. Rolando B, Regenio and Mrs. Nida M,

Regenio. His parent’s occupation are retired army and house

wife.

He finished his elementary education at Bagong Nayon 2

Elementary School . And finished his secondary school education

at Antipolo National High school (ANHS)

He Choose Electrical Technology because he knew someday he

Become a Master Electrician .

EARIST GOAL
Provide professional, scientific, technological, technical and vocational instruction and
training in trades business, arts, science, and for the special purpose promote research,
advance studies and progressive leadership (Section 2, RA 6595 and Section 6 PD 1524).

EARIST OBJECTIVES
1. Strive for academic excellence in instruction, research, extension and production
through accreditation.

pamamagitan ng accreditation.)

2. Provide appropriate and continuing faculty and staff development programs.

(Paglalaan ng angkop at patuloy na pagdebelop sa mga programang pangkaguruan at

3. Provide and maintain appropriate technologies, instructional facilities, materials and


equipment.
(Paglalaan at pagpapanatili ng ankop/sapat na mga teknolohiya, pasilidad sa pagtuturo

and industry.

Automotive Technology, Drafting Technology, Electrical Technology, Electronics
Technology, Food Technology, Fashion and Apparel Technology, Refrigeration and Air
Conditioning Technology, Mechanical Technology, and Industrial Chemistry Technology.

Chapter 2

DAILY ROUTINARY ACTIVITIES

On the first day of my (On The Job Training) I’m

very nervous because this is my first time to encounter the

reality of electrical industry. Lay outing and bending the pipe

of the convenience outlet and also switches of the lighting.

And this also my first time to use equipments like chipping

gun, Grinder, Drill this is my best experience ever as an On The

Job Training , my master electrician always help and teach me

every each day of work as an On The Job Training im very

Thankful for giving this opportunity to use this knowledge when

im in field works not OJT but as an Future electrician.

 When I assigned in wiring of smoke detectors because i

pull wire everyday so my hands get hurt

b. Suggest Solution

 I get some gloves . And have more Patience in work and

don’t give up easily .

E. Personal Relations: Integration with the Company

 Electrician , Forman and Engineer are in good terms.

Because the other electrician are so very good

teaching me of things about the wiring ,testing and

installation. There are times are some problems that

can't solve inside the site but we helped us among

of the trouble. And they teach me and sharing the

knowledge inside the site.

I'm so very lucky because They accept me in this field

and gave me chance to learned anything of the company.

 I have a good attendance in my training period, but

sometimes I came absent because of some reason like

floods.

 I always work hard and gave my best inside the site.

RECOMMENDATIONS

Potential of Company as a Training Ground

a. Availability and Appropriate of Facilities, Tools, Machinery

and Equipment

The availability of facilities, machinery, equipment and

tools are all present inside the site. It was all appreciated

used for doing, testing and install pipe. And grinding

b. Company Personnel Cooperation

The leadership cooperation of the personnel inside the

company was good. They Teach us every day the safety on working

and teach us what we do .


Assessment on the Duration of Training

I'm glad they accept me as their even at first it's hard

for me to deal with them. I don't idea and passion to the

company and that moment I feel nervous, but I realize they treat

you one of their families an friends and they teach you all the

time a lot of strategy in job, and even if I have a question

they gave me a lot of answer, a lot of lesson even in real life.

And I feel thankful because for their support in my stepping

ladder to achieve my dreams.

Recommendation/Suggestion to future Student-Trainee

To the future student-trainee, make sure that you will


go to the right company and Give your very best to contribute to
your company, And always be careful of what you doing because
all you're to do in OJT may reflect to yourself of what you can
do in your future job.
