PRIMENA
Leptirasti zatvara~i sa gumenom oblogom
naj~e{}e se koriste kao zaporni ure|aji u
cevovodima za transport razli~itih fluida. Kao
regulacioni ure|aji, koriste se, onda kada je brzina
strujanja fluida relativno mala. U odnosu na
klasi~ne ure|aje koji imaju istu funkciju, leptirasti
zatvara~i sa gumenom oblogom imaju zna~ajne
prednosti. Jednostavna i kompaktna konstrukcija,
znatno manja ugradbena du`ina i manja masa
zatvara~a uti~u na smanjenje potrebnog prostora za
ugradnju, ubrzavaju i olak{avaju monta`u,
rukovanje i odr`avanje. Zaptivna gumena obloga
isklju~uje mogu}nost dodira radnog fluida sa
ku}i{tem zatvara~a, omogu}uje kori{}enje
standardnog ku}i{ta za protok razli~itih fluida
promenom kvaliteta obloge. Nalaze primenu u
postrojenjima za transport pitke, morske,
tehnolo{ke, geotermalne, otpadne i drugih voda, u
hemijsko-prehrambenoj industriji, u industriji
alkoholnih i bezalkoholnih pi}a, kao i za transport
nafte i naftnih derivata, vazduha i razli~itih
kiselina i gasova.
IZVO\ENJE
Leptiraste zatvara~e sa gumenom
oblogom izra|ujemo za nazivne pre~nike DN 50 do
DN 800 (mm), za temperaturu radnog fluida do 80
(°C) i nazivnih pritisaka do NP 16(bar), sa
centri~nim zapornim telom. U ku}i{te je sme{tena
gumena obloga koja ima vi{estruku ulogu: preko
kontaktne povr{ine sa zapornim telom obezbe|uje
se primarno zaptivanje, sa vratilom sekundarno, a
APPLICATION
Butterfly valves with a rubber lining are
most requently used as shutoff units in the
pipelines for various fluids conveying. When the
fluid flow rate is relatively low they are used as
control units. In relation to classical units, having
the same function, butterfly valves with a rubber
lining have significant advantages. A simple and
compact design, quite smaller in-built length and
valve lower mass, influence the reduction of the
space necessary for fitting, speed up and make the
fitting easier as well as handling and maintenance.
Sealing rubber lining excludes the possibility of
operating fluid coming into contact with the valve
housing and lining. They are applied in the plants
for conveying of potable, sea, process, geothermal,
waste and other waters, in chemical and food
processing industries, alcohol and beverages
industries, as well as for conveying oil and oil
derivatives, air and various kinds of acids and
gases.
FABRICATION
Butterfly valves with a rubber lining are
fabricated for nominal diameters DN 50 up to DN
800 (mm), for operating fluid temperature up to
80(°C) and nominal pressures up to 16 (bar), with a
centrical shutoff body. The housing comprises the
rubber lining which has a manifold role: primary
sealing, through a contact surface to the shutoff
body, secondary - through the shaft, and special

Leptirasti zatvara~i sa gumenom oblogom
isporu~ju se sa ru~nim ili pneumatskim pogonom
kao osnovnim pogonskim sredstvom. Za nazivne
pre~nike do DN 150 (mm) ru~ni pogon je preko
ru~ice, a za ve}e nazivne pre~nike preko pu`nog
reduktora. Na zahtev kupca, leptiraste zatvara~e sa
gumenom oblogom isporu~ujemo i sa elektro-
mehani~kim, hidrauli~kim, elektro-hidrauli~kim i
drugim pogonima.
MATERIJAL
Ku}i{ta leptirastih zatvara~a sa gumenom
oblogom izra|ujemo od konstrukcionih ~elika
zavarivanjem, zaporno telo tako|e, s tim da je
zaptivna povr{ina zapornog tela od ner|aju}eg
~elika.
Vratila su izra|ena od ner|aju}ih ~elika
ili od ~elika za pobolj{anje sa kliznim povr{inama
od ner|aju{eg ~elika, a klizni le`ajevi od sivog liva.
Izbor gume za zaptivnu oblogu zavisi od
karakteristika radnog fluida, ali je naj~e{}e u
primeni EPDM.
NARU^IVANJE

nazna~eno u op{tim napomenama.

valve and the pipeline. The rubber lining may be
delivered in various qualities, depending on the
operating fluids characteristics.
Butterfly valves with a rubber lining are
delivered with a manual or pneumatic drive as a
basic driving means. For the nominal diameters up
to DN 150 (mm) the manual drive is accomplished
by means of a handle, and for larger nominal
diameters - by means of a worm speed reduction
gear. Upon the request of the customer, we supply
butterfly valves with a rubber lining with electro-
mechanic, hydraulic, electro-hydraulic or other
drive types.
MATERIAL
The housings of butterfly valves with a
rubber lining, as well as the shutoff body, are
made of structural steels by welding, and the
sealing surface of the shutoff body is made of
stainless steel.
The shafts are made of stainless steels or of
the improved steels with the sliding surfaces, made
of stainless steels and slide bearings are made of
grey cast iron. The choice of the rubber for a sealing
lining depends on the operating fluid
characteristics but a special EPDM is most
frequently applied.
