GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
PLEASE TAKE TIME READING THE GUIDELINES FOR THE PREPARATION OF DATA.
THIS WILL HELP FACILITATE ACCURACY, CONSISTENCY AND ORGANIZATION OF ALL PRESENTATIONS.

1 Prepare a summary of school data on relevant KPIs following the format in this tool.
2 The KPIs prescribed will be used in the preparation of data for purposes of uniformity.
3 On the upper portion of each tab, indicate the information as required.
4 Focus the data presentation on the third quarterly themes, to wit: Quality and Relevance, Provision of Access, and Governance.
5 Present the data using appropriate KSAs.
6 Compare/contrast data to arrive at reliable conclusions.
7 The succeeding tabs are unprotected. Be careful not to delete or change the formatting.
8 This tool should be accomplished by the school head, the M&E coordinator or the designated-MEPA chairperson, in close coordination with the school MEPA team.
9 The PSDS should validate and consolidate all MEPA data to arrive at conclusive district data for final presentation in the DMEPA.
10 This tool should be saved using the file name: District-DsMEPA3.xlsx (e.g. Pagbilao 1-DsMEPA3.xlsx).
11 This tool will be used firstly at the school level. Portions inapplicable for the district level may be indicated with N/A.
