and Respondent as null and void due to the absence of the
requisite marriage license during the celebration of their
marriage and granting the visitation rights to Petitioner as
prayed for in the present Petition.

the Solicitor General, Office of the City Civil Registrar,

Registrar did not file a Motion for Reconsideration or an Appeal
