and Respondent as null and void due to the absence of the
requisite marriage license during the celebration of their
marriage and granting the visitation rights to Petitioner as
prayed for in the present Petition.

served and received by the Philippine Statistics Office, Office of
the Solicitor General, Office of the City Civil Registrar,
Muntinlupa City, Office of the City Prosecutor, Muntinlupa City

Manila City and the Office of the City Civil Registrar,

Office of the Solicitor General and the Office of the City Civil
Registrar did not file a Motion for Reconsideration or an Appeal
within the prescribed period of fifteen (15) days.

the issuance of a Certificate of Finality of this Honorable Court’s
