In CBT, there are only two people involve, YOU and ME. Each of us
have distinguished Roles and Responsibilities to carry out the
Training.
On your EIM NCII journey, all the things you need to know is
provided is provided in this Learning Material, the CBLM. (showing
the CBLM)

With this, you are required to read the instructions on how to use
this learning material. You need to read carefully the Information
Sheets, then answer the Self-Checks where you are provided with an
Answer Key to evaluate on how far you have understood the
information. After, you may do the Task Sheet, Operational Sheet,
and the Job Sheet. You should be rated COMPETENT before
proceeding to the next sheets. If marked NYC, you need to pass the
current task given.
You are not given Nominal Ratings. You are only evaluated whether Type of Rating
you are COMPETENT (C) or Not Yet Competent (NYC).
Your performance will be monitored and reflected in the Training
Activity Matrix, Achievement Chart, and Progress Chart.
The Training Activity Matrix is posted near the door which is used to
track the training and skills level.
This room will be our workshop for the whole learning process, and
for your information, we have different facilitates that will help you
during the training.

free to come and ask me.
In this side is the Practical Work Area, where you acquire your skills
and knowledge components of a specific competency. This is where
you observe, manipulate, and use the materials and equipment
needed.

read some books about Preparing Electrical Power and Hydraulic
Tools. You may also use the Computers to watch video clips on how
to use the different Electrical Tools. Be back after 30 min.
Mr. James Reed, please proceed to the Learning Resource Area and
read the CBLM. You have 15 min to read and answer the Self-Check.
Then proceed to the Task Sheet. INDIVIDUAL

Mr. Daniel Padilla, since you have prior knowledge about Preparing
Electrical and Hydraulic Tools, please submit your supporting
documents so I can validate. After submitting, please proceed to the
