TERMS & CONDITIONS AND BROAD OF WORK

Delivery Schedule
· Design basis within 1 day from date of receiving inputs
· Final design, including foundatuon design and connection design within 3 days from date of receipt of inputs.
· Priority shall be as informed in e-mail from the respective departments
Scope of work
· Preparation of Design Basis report based on the inputs received
· Preparation of complete 3D Model in staad pro and analysis of steel buildings based on IS codes.
· Design of foundation as per IS codes and providing basic sketches for foundations
· Connection design for all connections including Baseplate, eave connection, Ridge connection, Purlin connection, Brace connection
Tie beams and any other connections if any shall be done in detail will all checks included and the clause of code followed to be
Mentioned clearly in the calculation.
· Design of purlin and sag rod as per IS codes seperately.
· Any major revision in design while preparation of fabrication drawings of particular structure
will be considered as extra work & will be claimed according to extra hour rate mentioned
above.
· Final output will be soft copies AutoCAD, .Std files and excel sheets. Hard copy printout will not be in your scope.
· Work to be carried out as per Standards, Specifications provided by us & our Guidelines.

Exclusion
· Authorization from any government authority.

Payment terms
· As Mentioned Above
· Any revisions or extra work will be paid @ INR 400/man-hours based on agreed man hours

· Fabrication drawings shall be released within 4-5 days after approval of GA drawings
· Priority shall be as informed in e-mail from the respective departments
Scope of work
· Preparation of Design Drawings based on your design input.
· Preparation of fabrication drawings, Erection drawings based on design drawings using 3D
· Work to carried out as per Design Drawings, sample connection details & as per clients
· Scope is limited up to Drawings issued for fabrication. Any design modification after
fabricating drawings released for fabrication will consider extra work will be paid on hourly
· Any major revision in design while preparation of fabrication drawings of particular structure
will be considered as extra work & will be claimed according to extra hour rate mentioned
above.
· Final output will be soft copies AutoCAD & PDF. Hard copy printout will not be in our scope.
· Work to be carried out as per Standards, Specifications provided by you & your Guidelines.
